Dunkin’ Donuts

Gave this DD our third and final try today. After having terrible coffee and poor customer service we received our donuts with maybe half a tea spoon of filling in the Boston cream. It was not what we had in mind when wanting donuts this morning and will not be going back.

Got there shortly before 9(their real closing time). The employee was friendly. Was in and out of the drive thru in minutes and the coffee tasted great! It was just what I needed for a late night pick me up.

Love going here because it’s way closer to my house and I don’t have to drive all the way to Appleton to get my doughnut fix. Wish there were brownie batter doughnuts all year round, they’re by far my favorite. Whenever I go there, the people are always friendly.

I was there today in the drive thru and the wait was over 15 minutes before I even got to the speaker — way too slow. When I finally got to order, I ordered a value meal with coffee, but I thought what I was told for a total seemed low.
When I got to the window, I asked that they repeat my order back and she had not included the coffee that came with the value meal (just the doughnut). The person I spoke to went and got the person who took my order initially to speak to me about it, while he stood there. She asked me what the problem was and told me, «Sorry, but you never said with coffee» and I explained that the sign stated coffee was included with the value meal.
She rung up the coffee and stood back so the first employee could collect my money, and then they made the coffee together (yes, pouring black coffee into a cup needed the effort of two people). I understand training situations but this was ridiculous. No wonder the service is as slow as it is. Will not be back, but doughnut was delicious.

Went to get an apple fritter, none available. Asked about the Reese’s donut being promoted, none available. Okay, I’ll have a croissant sandwich, no croissants. I ended up with 5 donut holes. For driving out of my way to go here, I was disappointed.

I love a place that is open at 5:30 in the morning! I dropped my sister off at the airport super early and needed my DD fix. I didn’t realize that this is the only DD in the area!
Thankfully it’s easy to find, right off the main strip in De Pere. I went through the drive through, which was nice because where you order is covered so if it’s raining or something, you don’t get wet.
My order was taken promptly and there was some kind of special because my extra large was only 99 cents! I was able to pay with the DD app on my phone and the young lady who helped me was very pleasant and congenial.
It was a big win for me. I’m a fan.

My wife and I stopped in from out of town and we are very impressed. The building was clean, service was exceptionally friendly and fast. The coffee is delicious, definitely will be going back when we are in town.

I went to this location for the first time Friday evening Jan 23. I have been to many dunkin donuts in other cities before.
Drive through sign was not lighted in the dark. I could barely read it, and I have perfect vision.
Ordered the ham and cheese combo. The hash browns were dumped all over inside my bag making a greasy mess all inside. The bun was very very very hard I almost cracked my tooth on it. I had to suck on the bread to soften it. The sandwich had a very thin layer of ham and cheese in the center of this large bun.
The drive through service was very slow, especially when there were no customers inside or in the drive through.
Disappointed :(

As a west coaster I knew at some point on my voyage I would stop here. Unfortunately this was a horrible experience. The counters were completely unsatisfactory. Dirty lids, napkins, receipts, straw wrappers, etc. everywhere. The floors and tables and counters were so filthy. I wouldn’t ever recommend dunkin donuts to anyone after this experience.

Five out of six donuts I bought at this location were stale. I’m sure whatever they served was at least a day old. Very disappointed. I’ve eaten at far more dunkin donut locations then I care to admit, but this is the first time this has happened.

I’ve been waiting for a Dunkin to come back to this area for years! I’ve only had the pleasure of dealing with the Saturday morning crew so far, but the high school kids that work there are incredibly helpful and polite and hard working! They go out of their way to find out if there are extra donuts in the back, and even if they run out of things by the time I get there, they are awesome about making sure that I still leave very happy.

Finally a fantastic donut shop in the Green Bay Area! I’ve always loved Dunkin and they have always had the best coffee, puts Starbucks to shame in my opinion. Downside to this location is driving in and out. Very difficult for a consistently busy place.
