I usually place my orders online when I want delivery and both times I’ve ordered from this location my order has been incorrect. Each time I’ve called the store they tell me that the order on their end is what has been delivered to me but when I check my emailed verification, what I received is NOT what I’ve ordered. I find this very frustrating and clearly there is a disconnect. Mixing up the salads, sending the wrong pizza, or forgetting the flavored crust are all things that should be double checked before an order leaves the store. I’ll be choosing to order from a different location or possibly another pizza place going forward.

I love jets. Best pizza around but every time I order from here my pizza is bubbly and burned. No care put in too making the pizza right. Just gonna start ordering from the Michigan ave location.
