Jihn always greets me with prompt service and a smile. The text msg notifications when my clothes are cleaned is clutch too! His dog, Lenny, whom hangs out at the shop is so friendly and it adds a touch of love to every visit.

This is the best dry cleaners in the Decatur/​Druid Hills area. I’m wary of dry cleaners because I’ve had many clothes ruined by rogue cleaners (including the terrible one just down the road, in Emory Village). But, I went here after following a friend’s advice, and it was one of the best discoveries I’ve ever made! They were able to fix what the other cleaners had messed up, and they’ve never had a problem fixing any hole, stain, or wrinkle I’ve brought to them.
Cannot recommend this place enough!

I have only used the «Wash & Fold» service which was fairly fast (1.5 days) and competitively priced around $ 2 per pound of clothing. The owner was nice and patient with me as I was in a rush and needed around 11 pounds of clothing washed and folded in a short time frame.
The parking lot can be a little crowded mid-​day but that isn’t a huge deal. Overall, if I find myself in a pinch and needing clothes washed I will definitely be back!

Friendly and efficient. John is always really courteous and remembers your name after just a couple of visits. When I was in a bind and needed a quick turn around, he was more than willing to accommodate. If they are nearby, definitely a place to trust!

I’ve been using this dry cleaner for about a year now. The man up front (John I want to say) is always friendly and quickly learned my name. Their turn around is fast, usually a max of 3 days, sometimes only 1 day. I’ve had a number of business clothes and dresses cleaned here, with no damage to any of them (even dresses with a lot of sequins). Plus now they text you when your clothes are ready to be picked up, which is convenient. The parking lot isn’t huge, but it is free, and you’ll only need 5 min when you drop off/​pick up.

All companies screw up from time to time but how they handle screw ups is key. I dropped a comforter off for cleaning at Best Care and when I got it back, the thing was ruined. It appeared the fabric was heat sensitive and was pressed up against the drum of a very hot dryer to the point that it melted. The owner acknowledged the mistake while assuring me that he’d never seen anything like it before. He reimbursed me for the value of the item and the cleaning fee. While it was the right thing to do, the sincerity of his apology was the difference between never returning again and writing a positive review. I’ll be back.

Great dry cleaners in a very convenient location right around the corner from my house. They do everything from suits to comforters, and send out tailoring and alterations (usually take about 2 – 3 days to be processed). Prices and generally reasonable, and the staff is extremely friendly. They take part in a discount phone app when you get a certain amount of points for each visit which ultimate results in a certain percentage of your dry cleaning. Also, if you check in on Facebook they give you 10% discount on your order.
Big fan of this place, especially since it so close to me!

Nearly half of my shirts came back with broken buttons. They promised to fix them, but when I picked the shirts up, only about 3 out of 10 buttons had been fixed. When I asked about the other buttons, the owner started yelling incomprehensibly at me (in front of two other customers)!
