A friend sent me a gorgeous Thanksgiving setting that was delivered by a very friendly delivery man the day before the holiday. The flowers were fresh, colorful and beautifully arranged with a cute candle in the middle. We thoroughly enjoyed having the arrangement on the dining room table.
And then it got better! The Monday after the holiday, someone from their shop called to tell me I had received the incorrect arrangement, that mine should have been one with 2 candles. They promptly had a driver at my home delivering ANOTHER, larger, gorgeous arrangement and apologized for the original delivery.
I have not yet had the need for a florist in the East Atlanta area, but the great products and the amazing customer service and honesty of these folks have ensured that they now have me as a customer!
