STAYAWAY! This place is awful. We ordered delivery, but they sent the wrong item. We called and spoke to someone but a woman who claimed to be the manager, Courtney, told us that it would be 3 hours to deliver the new item they messed up. The woman yelled at us and treated us with a sassy tone and wouldn’t give us the owner’s name. Honestly, customer service should be a key focus in ANY business and this place doesn’t have it. I have been in the food and restaurant industry for years and when you see something like this you have to warn others.

I love the food and the slices of pizza are huge. The only problem that I have with them is my food is never hot. Always warm. The only thing that’s always hot and ready are the fries which are delicious.

I order from here at least once a week. Their calzones are heavenly, and customer service is always great. I no longer order from any other pizza places in Decatur because these guys are my go to! Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I order online via grubbing at 9:53. They said it will be delivered by 11:05. My friend said it was a really good pizza place so we decide to wait for dinner. We watched some shows on the dvr, and we got a txt and email saying it was on its way at 11:10. I waited till 11:23 and called. Got a gentlemen on the phone, no name was given or a polite hello just«Rocco’s pizza». I asked if the pizza is on it was or near by. He said it was out for delivery and told him thanks and hung up. 11:53 rolls around called and they said they are closed and the delivery is still out(I can drive to this place and it will take me 15mins). I told him I called him 30 minutes ago and what’s going on. He said that I didn’t talk to him and he still says the order is on it ways(I leave 8 miles away outside the city). It’s now 12:20 and my fiancé is hitting up Taco Bell to have dinner since they still haven’t shown up. I called yet again and all I get is we are closed and he’s still out for delivery. From start to finish, well not finish PIZZAISSTILLNOTHERE!!! 3 hours! Don’t go here or order for delivery. They also charge an extra 5 for that which would have been ok if it actually shows up. Pro: they take their money really quickly already processed and posted. Time to call Bank of America and do a fraud/merchant report! STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE!

The medium Pizza Pie was okay(yes, I’ve had better) — not bad, not great;similar to the vibe /atmosphere. Somehow seemed that the cashier I placed my pick-up order with earlier was just a bit peturbed I received a complimentary pie on account of my previous experience.

$ 22 for a medium half cheese and half veggie pizza. The driver said there is a $ 2 delivery charge but it goes to the restaurant. The pizza was mediocre at best and way overpriced. I wont order again.

Rocco’s got a failing 66 on their health inspection in December and their follow-up score of 70 barely passed. Their score as of this week is 65 which means they are forced to voluntarily close unless they want their permit revoked. I think Rocco’s needs to step up their game more than a bit! There’s plenty of cheap food in the area that don’t regularly fail their inspections. Unless you’re desperate for greasy, terrible pizza prepped in an sanitation deprived kitchen, I’d go somewhere else!

Pizza is not pizza unless it has ample red sauce. Eggplant pasta was okay.

We ordered Stromboli spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna. Absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had. I wish I could take a picture of this and post it because this is not what lasagna looks like. I’ve never seen pink lasagna.

Ok so it’s a pizza place but the pizza kind of blows. Don’t count them out yet though, the wings are good.

What I ordered: one slice of veggie pizza and a slice of chocolate cake Pros: pizza slice was huuuuge and they had lots of types of desserts and pizzas; chocolate cake was delicious(I would get it again) Cons: –price: I paid almost $ 10 for one slice of pizza and cake. While the pizza was huge and the cake is sizeable, I was still pretty shocked at the price(especially since it was not spectacular tasting) — pizza: the toppings were baked under the cheese however that did nothing to keep the toppings on the pizza, they all constantly fell off. Also there was a serious lack of tomato sauce on the pizza… And the small amount of sauce there was was super sweet. Also the crust was weirdly soft in places and super crispy at others and just unevenly baked in general. This pizza was also suuuuuper greasy, but not in a good way. –service: there were two people working there, neither of whom were friendly or helpful. Also parking can be a problem if you go in the afternoons. I probably would not go here again just because the taste is not worth it for the price.

I’m really not sure why the reviews are low. I’ve ordered from here a few times before writing this review. The food is really good. The pizza is much better than what I expected. The salad was great, yes, the salad! Their pepperoni appetizer was good also. So why the bad reviews? I donno. Seriously, give this place a shot, I think you would be surprised. I’m in no way affiliated with this place.

NYPIZZA? Ur kidding me right! That’s like saying you are going to get NYC water in Georgia-not going to happen. I walk in and order the pizza and have a slice and it was absolute disgusting. I could have bought a cook at home pizza, Dominos, or Papa Johns and been happy. The only good thing about this place was the dining experience, the drinks, and the dessert but the pizza? forget it! As I recall from my experience, the rude cashier tells me the pizza is fresh and when I got it, the pizza was burned and when I mentioned that to her, she said, «well you could have told me «but she seemed very argumentative in the first place not liking confrontation. Bottom line: if you want to get good deep dish Chicago style pizza, you’re going to go Chicago and so forth. This place is just the pits!

Pizza tasted like 1 big blob of dough and cheese. Very little flavor and I could not taste the sauce. I was not impressed and this is most definitely NOTNY pizza. I’ve from NY so I should know. I’ve had pizza down here in Atlanta and it was light years better. I doubt that I will go back.

Ok… Husband wanted to give this place another shot. It is July 5. The place we wanted is closed. I agreed! It was worth it! The gyro portion was large. I couldn’t eat it all! Husband had an Italian sub. He is a very full and happy man! Well worth it! Thank you.

We get delivery from here via Grub Hub, and our food is always really good. We’ve had food from here several times. We especially like the pizza, calzone, garlic knots, chicken parmesan sandwich & the meatball sandwich. We’ve never eaten in the restaurant so, we honestly don’t know how the service there is, but our delivered food has always been great tasting.

I ordered calamari and 2 x-large pizzas, I subbed chicken for the pepperoni and we get a call 15 minutes after the order is place, telling us they have no calamari. We elect to take a cannoli and fries for the calamari as they equal roughly the same price and they hang up. That’s fine, they ran out of squid. No biggie. When it arrived, we noticed the order was 1) cold 2) late and 3) utterly improperly prepared. When I phoned in asking how we could fix the issue, the woman on the phone takes a fully ghetto attitude and telling me it’s MY fault because the substitution cost them more money, yet, why not tell me about this when you called? I’d have been fine with pepperoni. The classic a classic ghetto«You wrong, it ain’t my fault» response. HOW is this woman still employed anywhere other than McDonalds and even then, don’t put her anywhere PEOPLE have to see or speak to her. I can only imagine she’s the same girl spoken of in other reviews. OWNERS of Roccos. Pay attention. She is KILLING your business. It’s cheaper to fix the issue with a smile then to piss ME off and everyone else that has posted a review here. Save your money and let this business die the slow, painful death it deserves.

I was hungry and didn’t even bother to check Unilocal before I ordered. What a huge mistake that was! I ordered online on the Eat24 app and as soon as my order was sent they called me to tell me that they had no BBQ for my wings. I really didn’t want to deal with the app to get my money back so I decided to just go with the plain wings, 6in steak and cheese sandwich and a brownie. It took them an hour and 19 mins to get here with cold crappy food. The steak and cheese sandwich was cold, bland and had barely any cheese. The fries that came with the sandwich were just cheap, cold and soggy fries. The wings were over cooked(dry), cold and tasteless. Best part was that they didn’t even have BBQ on hand. Last but not least! The brownie. So when I see that they have brownies, I think«oh cool. Homemade brownies«cause what sad excuse for a restaurant would have crappy store bought brownies? This place would! If I wanted a sh*tty brownie made in Nj then I would go buy one at the store for much less than what these guys are charging. Also, it contains nuts. All in all, this place is SH*T. I wasted $ 23 on some cheap and cold food that was just PURESH*T. Thanks!
