This is Wings

I ordered medium buffalo wings and what I received was lemon pepper wings smothered in Buffalo sauce. Very overpowering, intense taste. Not at all what I wanted. Not to mention half of the wings were no bigger than my thumb. So I called the number on the receipt to complain and that number is disconnected. Then I called the number listed on Unilocal and no one answered and the mailbox was full. Sounds like this place is on its last leg and will be out of business in no time. I’m just hoping I don’t get violently I’ll at this point.

Food was great and the service was good despite the reviews. The girl was not rude but she spoke. They are just young. But the wings were great! I just had garlic lemon pepper with fries

Wings are tiny and the customer service is horrible. My last resort if American Deli is closed.

It was grand. The service super, the food good for wings but no wings are as good as they were when this fad began. But, they have an 87 rating which is really not good. They did give me an opportunity to read it thoroughly and it was about customer service rather than food. So my 5.

This used to be my favorite spot for wings until I had two episodes which were not successfully resolved by This Is Wings. In one instance, the person identifying themselves as a manager was a teenager and clueless. Who would really leave their business in the hands of a child? I asked who the owner was and how I could reach them. The girl replied «you wouldn’t speak to the owner of Walmart.» Really?!? I said «you don’t see any difference in this mom/​pop and a global retail operation?» DUH and DUH. Clueless. Then, my order was wrong and the owner was present and REFUSED to come speak to me or address my issue, which I would have settled for more seasoning since my wings were not as ordered. She kept relaying the message that I needed to pay .50 for more seasoning though the cashier took my order and it was clearly not as requested. Several requests for her to come out were ignored (and I could hear her in the kitchen WTH). They have not gotten my business since. In spite of the location, the wings and fish are worth venturing into this sketchy part of town. They have some of the best flavored wings in metro Atlanta. The fish is great, whether fried or grilled. And the prices are reasonable.

All wing spots are generally the same to me but this one has good service & wings. The wings at other places seem to have gotten smaller while they still have a decent size. They have a good special also.

Their customer service sucks but the food is really good I never see any managers around the girls that work there are honestly an embarrassment to the company from the pregnant women to the loud girls on front counter I will find a way for a manager or owner to see them behaving this way.

Love their wings my favorite wing spot i always get hot and honey garlic sauce mixed together. I chose to give them three stars because the wing size has gotten smaller the wings are tiny and the customer service sucks so bad every time i come in here these lil females have bad attitudes you walk up to the counter they just stare at you dont ask may i take ya order or how may i help you. I have to give them 3 stars simply because the customer service sucks. The food is awesome but they have some girls in there that don’t greet you when you come in, they don’t ask can they take your order, and its one female in particular acted like she didn’t want to touch my co-​workers hand as she was handing her the credit card back. If they could get some better worker I think I could give them 5 stars at least on the food.

This is a great wing spot. I definitely recommend the food. You can sit in or do a take out. My favorite wings here are the teriyaki wings.

Good wings and great phillys

Quality of wings have gone down, they use to be a decent size now they are pigeons. The lemon pepper are like oil with very little lemon pepper flavor. The new cashiers are NOT friendly, and they changed the numbers on how many wings you have to buy.

The wings are literally the best in the area. I’ve tried others but they don’t compare. They offer a variety of flavors PLUS you have a variety of sides if you’re not really a French fry eater.
The staff is a bunch of high school students which is fine but they have a bit of attitude so don’t expect much from them.
Overall good food but could go for better/​qualified customer service.

Best wings in Philly cheesesteak in the city. Wish you can call in pick up … They need to do something about that.

The Wings are good! Expect to wait 10mins for a 10pc with fries

Honestly their wings are really good. But the fact that they don’t allow call in orders for pick up is a huge inconvenience for customers. Being able to call in orders for pick up is a standard thing at most restaurants but especially wing spots. I probably won’t be back until they change this. There are too many options in Decatur for me to have to be inconvenienced by choice.

Nice clean atmosphere, free wifi, and great wings. It would be nice if they had a takeout menu.
