Dunkin’ Donuts

I never get what I order here, especially at busy times. This location is usually dirty and staff has trouble understanding orders. Luckily they are opening a new location across the street so I am hoping changes are made.

Not sure what the negative reviews here are about. I put this particular Dunkin’ in my personal top 3 iced coffee locations. And believe me, I’ve given this considerable thought. If Roslindale Square = 1.00 (guaranteed perfectly-​made coffee), then East Dedham = 0.90 (virtually guaranteed perfectly-​made coffee). I have a feeling the management was once poor, but now much better. All I know is that as of 2015, I can count on this friendly crew to make me a reliably tasty iced hazelnut every day for which my gratitude is eternal.
I kind of like how this Dunkin’ is off the map… keep it small, keep the line short :)

This Dunkin Donuts is MOVING.
This Dunkin Donuts location has always been fine for morning pastries, bagels, coffee, etc, etc. It works all day, never runs out of much, which has been convenient. The staff have always been attentive, yet sometimes a bit slower, than some of the other Dunkins locations I’ve been to.
But, this Dunkins is almost done.
The Town Of Dedham approved it’s move across the street to former Rick’s Pub, where it will have a DRIVE THRU!!! Yes, a DRIVE THRU! So much better than going in. Hopefully, it will be faster then. Plus, easy access to Dedham Parkway to Hyde Park as well as High Street to Dedham Center, so it should be a long, waited for, and needed Drive Thru in the East Dedham neighborhood.

Large Iced Coconut — cream and sugar and a Multigrain bagel with cream cheese on the side. Sound hard?
The girl behind the counter asked if the first large she made was too light, and I said yes, because it had a lot of cream in it. Second time around, it’s like she added more cream to the same coffee. I was on break and I didn’t want to wait any longer. I get the bagel and go back to work, open it at work to find that there is about 4 ounces of cream cheese slathered between the toasted bagel I ordered. Obviously not on the side at all.
Great work! I’m now sticking with Endicott Variety for my coffee needs.

They memorize the orders and NEVER mess up. They are also really fast, even when the line is out the door. I have not had any problems with service as other Unilocalers have.

This location is hidden in a small strip and thanks God it’s because it bring shame to DD.
THe crew is sloooww and rude the charge me extra for the extra shot of expresso but guess what all I get is a regular coffee.

I actually had a bad experience here too with rude, and outright hostile service. The only reason I’ll give 2 stars is because the manager did call me at home to apologize.

Worst dunks in town. Slow service and the staff is rude and disorganized. Luckily, there are several other options in Dedham.
