Dunkin’ Donuts

Needed my coffee fix for my drive home & the drive-​thru was fast & coffee fresh & hot.

This DD started out pretty good, unfortunately the customer service and quality of the food and coffee went down quick. There is no consistency to the coffee, one time it will taste as it should and other times you wish you went to another DD.
I always get the same coffee, medium regular hot coffee in the morning and a large regular ice coffee in the afternoon. I usually go through the drive thru. On a recent trip I thought I would order inside the coffee shop just in case the coffee did not taste good. Well I must say, they did not let me down. I asked for a large ice coffee regular and it tasted like cream and sugar, no coffee taste. I told the server that it did not taste good at all, his reply to me was, so what do you want me to do about it???
REALLY!!!
I had him make me another coffee while I watched him and it was fine, unfortunately they lost a good customer! I live in Dedham and this was a convenient location for me, but I will never go back to this location again. With any luck this DD will close and be replaced by a Honey Dew!
Shame on them, if I could chose no stars I would!!!
