We went here on a Saturday afternoon just to bowl. For 1 game with show rental was $ 48! The shoes were disgusting and falling apart. I expected things to be a little nicer than your average bowling ally seeing as it was so expensive but no. The waitress was obnoxious. Every 3 minutes she came over to ask us if we wanted to order anything. We told her that we had just come to bowl. We needed up just playing one game because she was so pushy and rude. I will not go back.

My family & I planned a surprise birthday party for my husband at Kings. Besides not finding a parking spot, the food was small and cold. We ordered burgers & swore they served us children’s burgers. After dinner we went bowling & it literally took us a half an hour to get shoes & a lane to bowl. The staff behind the bowling area didn’t know what they were doing. I hate to complain but I do when necessary. I hate to spend our hard earned money on not satisfactory service. I will not be returning.

Good food. Overpriced bowling. In order to ‘reserve’ a lane at Kings, you have to make a reservation to eat there. This doesn’t reserve a lane either; it pushes you to the top of the waiting list. What’s frustrating is, after making dinner reservations, ordering food and drinks(spending a lot of money), you’d think that there would be a discount for bowling. Nope. After dropping $ 30+ on food and drinks, my friends and I still had to pay the full amount of $ 20 for shoes and 2 games of bowling. If the only way to secure a lane is to make a reservation and spend more money, why not give those people a discount for spending the extra money? It doesn’t make sense to charge me $ 12 for a water downed cocktail, only to have to pay the exact same amount to bowl. If customers were given a discount, more people would be willing to eat and bowl. Now, on to the food. The burgers are delicious. Very creative and cooked just right. The pizzas are OK– a bit greasy and hit or miss type. Drinks are expensive but tasty. For a bowling alley, they done good with food.

Awful experience here. Came with a large group(13 ppl) and was told it would be a two hour wait, and the buzzer they gave us to let us know when our lanes were ready only works inside King’s. So basically they forced us to sit inside kings for two hours. Then, they said that if we wanted to sit at a table we had to order something. They literally were just trying to suck more money out of us. Additionally, the women working behind the counter was extremely rude. While our group was discussing if we wanted to wait for two hours, a mere 30 second long discussion, she helped another customer, so we had to wait in line to be helped again even though we were in the middle of being helped? Overall terrible experience. Not worth the rudeness or the ridiculous wait.

It was our first time going to King’s, and we weren’t disappointed. From the manager accommodating us upon arrival to the great service from Conor at dinner they do customer service right. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was the bowling lanes are not quite up to standard. But all in all a great night out and would recommend it to others. — Kevin

Really irritating. Came to bowl a couple of games with my wife. Checked in and we were told it would be 45 minutes. It was, in fairness, busy at that point. After an hour no fewer than 7 lanes had opened up. Went to check in and was told, «oh you are next.» Watched five lanes fill. Another 20 minutes have gone by. Two lanes still just sitting there. Went to check in again and was told, «really you are next, try to be patient.» And while I was standing there another person walked up with their buzzer flashing. So I guess that was a lie. Total waste of time and basically rude treatment. We complained to the manager and left. This place seems entirely mismanaged and is cavalier about customer service. I don’t like writing bad reviews. Kings earned this one. I will say our drink waitress was very nice. Still not enough to redeem the evening. We came to bowl.

Corey was awesome! Food was great! Only thing I didn’t like was the large stamp they put on you — it didn’t try quickly and got on the cuff of my shirt but that is minor and wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

I brought 4 tweens to bowl on a school holiday. Couldn’t make a reservation, unless I wanted to buy the food there. Called ahead and was told there was no wait for a lane. An hour later, upon arrival, there was a 2 hour wait. There is hardly a place to sit and wait, unless you want to buy food or drinks, and of course their pagers do not work outside the premises. BTW, you have to leave a photo ID or a credit card with them, in exchange for the pager. Oh, and it cost $ 44 for the 4 kids to each bowl one string. My daughter had been thrilled about going«glow-bowling», but the black lights were not on. Additionally, the restrooms were filthy, and one had to hunt for toilet paper. For what they charge, they could at least keep the bathrooms clean and stocked. They have glam photographs of the rich and famous who have patronized the place. They can have it!

We came to Kings for a fun company outing. Kings did not disappoint! The only reason they are not receiving a 5th star from me is because it is WAY overpriced! The amount of money we paid to bowl for 2 hours and have lunch for 20 people was insane — and it did not even include alcoholic drinks. The private room was great to have but definitely not really worth it for the prices they charge to rent it — especially during the dead quiet of the day — I would think they would have a tiered cost for peak and nonpeak times. I wouldn’t mind paying that price during peak… The staff was great and easy to work with. The food was amazing for bowling alley food. I liked that you could customize your menu and were not stuck with one of their pre-made menus(this really helps when you have gluten free and vegetarians in your group)

A night bowling here is great, but it is excellent to watch a big game. They usually have the volume for a big game cranked, and the TVs are awesome. Also have to say the food is really good too. The lollipop buffalo wings are amazing, as were many of the other apps our table shared. Good pizza too. Top spot to watch sports, eat comfort food, and drink beer.

This review is only for the food service as the bowling experience was great. I went in with a group of 5 for dinner on a Friday at 6ish. I was truly amazed at how slow the service was. There were only a handful of people having dinner so I assumed the service would be quick. From the time we placed our order, it took 45 minutes for our food to be served. In addition, we requested condiments, which took over 10 minutes to be brought to our table. Lastly, towards the end of our meal, I ordered an additional appetizer, and yes, that’s right, it took over 20 minutes until it was brought out. On top of the painfully slow service, the food portions were very small — not worth the wait. How this place is still open while providing horrendous service is astonishing.

I have to say that I used to totally hate the food here a few years ago and would have never gone back had we not been asked to join a bowling league by our friends. We had a blast! And I trod their food again. I loved the salads, the caprese sandwich, the veg pizza… They really stepped their game up.

Dirty and Nasty! Went here for a child’s birthday party. I must say my experience here was awful. On the day I went the wait was long even though the party had a reservation. They over booked. the place was dirty. linty Junk and liquid stains all over the rug. The hard floor were the kids were bowling AKA the walkways, where very dirty. The tables weren’t wiped down. The waitress brought tableware. the Glasses were dirty not clean. The girl at the shoe counter was very rude to my wife and son. She seemed unhappy with her job and it showed. The Waitress also seemed irritated with her job. The food was awful. The cheese pizza was like cardboard, below average. The soda was watery. And to top off this stupendous day. There was a Drunken belligerent adult party going on right next to a kids party. And the Bathroom was a nasty germ fest. I caught some funky Flu from something in there. I was thrown under the bus for almost a week. Run away from this Nasty germ festival of fun…

First off, these guys did not think we were 18 so they did not let us in even after we showed our ID. It took us 60 min to get our shoes. Then in the middle of our game there was a glitch in the system where the pins did not count. It was only the 6th frame but they charged us to restart. At that point we were fed up and left. Will not come here again unless there are legitimate changes. They thought they were kings when they should be called jokers. Went back because my 30 year old cousin wanted to bowl at 720. Apparently 50 minutes is not enough time to play a full game. «Because there is a 45 minute wait we cannot let you play since it is 21 and over after 9.» This place is truly the joker of all jokers. It sucks. If you come here prepare for the worst customer service here who do not want business.

We went here on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm. What a deal we got! All 4 of us(adults) bowled for $ 12 each, unlimited games. We took advantage of this by playing 4 games. Shoes are included in this deal. I also had a Groupon. We had a blast!

The pool would be much better if it were separated from the skee ball and air hockey tables. Too many kids running around. And throwing the sand(or whatever) in the shuffleboard game was really over the top. Wait until after 9 pm if you want to have a grown up evening out.

I went here to bowl with a party and was immediately put off by the loud electirc pop music playing everywhere. Kings tries to bring a club feel to the bowling alley but that is not conducive to conversation or bowling. The lighting is dimmed too much like a night club even in the bowling lanes. The food was mediocre and better pizza and appetizers can be found at papa johhs. The wait staff tried hard to give their best service but it couldn’t make up for the bad environment. The bowling experience was poor too. It seems like they spent all their money on make the place a night club and forgot that they had a bowling also. The bowling computer system is buggy and old. It crashed once and refused to reset the pins and we had to get the mechanic to reset it. The balls are all beat up and have scratches all over. I would not come here again to bowl or eat.

Really great Kings location. I went here for an event on a weeknight so the back room was totally open for us to use with zero waiting. We had our choice of pool, skeeball, air hockey(including a 4-WAY air hockey table which would have been amazing but was sadly out of service that day!), a table-top version of shuffle board(first time I’d seen this, it looked fun!) and darts. The room also had its own bar. I didn’t really sample the food other than the Fried Mac ‘n Cheese Bites which were insanely good. The pizzas looked pretty good, but we were planning to eat dinner later so I didn’t partake. At least for an event and for a weeknight, I had a great experience!

Hosted a corporate function(team-bonding) at Kings on a Thursday evening. The party planner, Jared, was thorough and took care of all the details ahead of time via multiple emails. My 20-person team enjoyed a continuously replenishing buffet and great service from Elyse. The wait staff assisting the server was quick and efficient and a plate was never empty. After our bowling time was up, we moved the party to the separate room with billiards, air hockey, and skeeball. It was a nice way to wrap up the evening. The staff, from waitstaff, to bartenders, to management, was extremely helpful, thorough, and hospitable. It was the perfect event for my team of 20-somethings!
