I came here on Black Friday which by the way is horrible… Never again but I stopped in because I work in a restaurant and I needed new work shoes. Of course the shoes were the only things not on sale (my luck) but the nice cashier came over and asked if I needed help and gave recommendations. I asked about boots and explained how my thunderous powerful calves are to big for most boots but I’ve always wanted a high top pair. She helped me find a perfect pair that fit in literally less than two minutes. She also explained they are usually 55 but because of Black Friday they were actually only 17. I was stoked! I immediately grabbed them and thanked her. The customer service here is awesome and I really appreciated the help. Now I’m rocking my boots everyday until I can’t anymore!

I love Payless, I do! It’s affordable and fun… and they have a good selection of wide width shoes in current styles. I have a really hard time finding shoes that are fashionable since I have a weird shoe size — small yet fat? And finally boots that fit over my calves (extended calf size!) Finally! Boots use to be an embarrassing nightmare… with the shaft always being super tight. Not at Payless! And I can rock over the knee boots for the first time in my life. What?! I know, right? I got them on Black Friday special with a 25% coupon today — only 15 bucks a pair! I got a pair in brown and grey… how could I not? They always have crazy specials, so I will be back for more, no doubt! Love this Payless! Wonderful and super nice staff. Great selection. Convenient location with a lot of parking.

Payless shoes, where to start.
I have visited this Payless a few times when one of my family members needed shoes for a event the next day. Last minute, yet the Dedham Payless delivered. They both had exactly what I /​they needed and it was always deserted, with very few other people in the store, which I really liked. The staff were always friendly and knowledgable about what they had when I had a question.
Comparable, yet better than the Walpole Payless (who really wants to walk into that dead mall anyway).
Located on Providence Highway in the Dedham Plaza.
