Not that bright over there. It’s a couple of days before Christmas so one would expect this place to be a zoo. However there were many like me with one item or two but they did not have any express lanes open. When I said something to the woman who seemed to be directing this operation and she said she didn’t have enough cashiers. Well if she had one cashier at the express lane it would have reduced the lines for the regular check outs. Brutal at Christmas time. Ps. Thanks to the beeeatch in front of me with a huge cart overflowing with crap eyeballing my one little item who didn’t say Oh you only have one thing why don’t you go ahead. Karma will kick in on you. Bah humbug.

This store is not a complete zoo, but close, especially around the holidays. Pretty good selection of toys and baby stuff. If you are shopping for a registry, there is a tall older woman that runs around he store and knows literally where everything is. She’s helped me buy presents for 5 year olds and baby showers, this lady rocks!

not a fan of this location with the toys r us combo, esp when compared with the Medford location and their rival, Buy Buy Baby in Braintree. due to the co-branding/share of space, the store’s inventory may not be as well-stocked as other location; it’s literally half the size of any other dedicated BRU. and the bathroom was allllllll the way in the back corner of the TRU side; i had to walk around twice(looking for signs in vain) and ask a staff before i found it. even though they did have a mother room for baby feeding and changing, the lighting and furnishing made me feel like i was in the back of the house more like a room for customers. the door also slams loudly… so much for having babies and kids in mind! the design of the mall itself sucks — i mean that’s not BRU’s fault but certainly not adding to the shopping experience. service from the staff was ok, did the basic, nothing stellar.(ex. the manager lady almost barked her response to me when i interrupted her managing with a staff asking for the bathroom… that busy on a weekday at 4pm eh). in all, i felt like i was better off shopping online… if i hadn’t things to return and thinking to take the baby out for a walk, i really would have skipped the trip.

I am not a fan of this Toys R Us. The store is always a wreck, and it is very difficult to find certain items. Other than that, the store associates are usually pretty helpful.

I work local to this ToyRus and went in to order a high chair for my son. I was looking to take advantage of an in store 20% off deal but they didn’t have the chair we wanted in stock. I was greeted by two employees who both volunteered to help me order the chair through their system and still get the 20% off. One of the ladies was new to the store and was being walked through step by step on how to make this transaction happen. It was quick, easy, and most importantly helped me save money. I wasn’t expecting the service I received and it was a pleasant surprise.

I’ve came to this Toys R Us ever since it opened. The service has always been outstanding. The last time I went, it was my brothers birthday so he was supposed to get birthday balloons, even though he didn’t want any, he gots them for FREE!!! They also have lots of all different and unique kids toys — perfect for gifts. ANDCOUPONS(All the time)!!! Today’s coupon(for me going there) was 95% off select items throughout the store!!!

Ordered my son a Little Tykes Lawn Mower this afternoon and chose the«Pick-Up in store» option. Waited and got the email saying that«We’re happy to report that your order is ready for pick-up». I went over to the Guest Services and gave her my pickup slip and Driver’s License. She said that she had to send someone to get it in the back. I asked her why she had to send someone in the back to get it when my email says that is waiting for me at the Guest Services. She shrugged and I waited. The manager came up to the Guest Services where I was standing waiting and I asked him why I received the email saying that my order was ready for pick-up, when in fact it was NOT ready for pick-up. He says, «Oh, that’s because the box is probably too big to keep up front in the online order cage». I looked inside said«cage» and there were 2 pack-n-play DOUBLE in size of the box the little mower came in. As I waited, another worker brought YETANOTHER pack-n-play into the online order cage. I said to the Manager, okay, so why is that pack-n-play more important than my order to be placed in the cage?” He answered, «Sorry» and walked away. I spoke to my sister and she, too, had the same thing happen to her a few months ago with an online order she placed. Don’t give customers the convenience of an option that is not followed through! I could have gotten myself the mower, checked out at the register and been back in my car in less time than my order took to get. Fix this issue or stop offering it to your customers! Time is important to people and you shouldn’t make promises which you can not uphold!!!

Not sure why they have become less customer friendly. The assistant manager Mike, didnt seem to care that the $ 100 remote control motorcycle I had just bought my son was repackaged by a previous VERYINCONSIDERATE customer. It had someone’s intials Sharpied on to the toy and controler. Not the store fault, but it is their responsibility. I was not pleased that my son opened his present on his birthday and went from smiles to frowns because his new toy had JT written on it(not his initals). He didn’t even offer a discount for the USED toy I was tricked into purchasing. I had to insist on being compensated for the disappointment. I got $ 10. WATCHOUTNOW! Anyway, just hope they start some training there soon cuz between Target, Kohl’s and GameStop. I don’t HAVETO go there.

Hate that this is sooo far from my house because this store is Great… The only other Toys is in Peabody & thats just as far… I dont know why they have done away with all the Toys R Us’s out there… There are always going to be kids that need toys so I dont know what they were thinking… Maybe Ill franchise one & open up close to me! Loved this store, had things that the website claimed were only online(Elmo Halloween Costume for my little one)… Got great deals & had PLENTY of merchandise of all the things hes into… Had a HUGE Thomas the Train selection… Was greatly pleased — just doesnt carry my diapers at this location… Thats the only thing that stinks… We happened to go in for my sons Birthday & he got a free Bday Toy(with the bday club coupon of course) and a balloon… It was a good time & the girl working customer service was great! Will definitely be back!
