I came in on Friday(12⁄18) and while I was on my way to the check out the electricity suddenly went out and the fire alarm went off. The employees made sure everyone was out ok and everyone gathered outside. This being the Friday before Christmas and with some great deals going on no one wanted to leave so some of us decided to wait it out. But, after about 40 minutes of waiting the store was opened back up to employees but not customers. The staff had us write on scraps of paper what we had in our hands and where we left our pile when the electricity went out. Later in the day I returned and the staff had set aside my pile and put it behind the counter for me. Not only were the staff so nice(and talkative to the customers waiting outside) they went above and beyond to help us out! Ariana was the name of the person who helped me out the most(I didn’t get the names of the others) but everyone working the morning of 12÷18÷15 needs to be recognized for their hard work that day!

I have never posted a bad review on Unilocal, but this place needs to be called out. They have been understaffed every time I have come in this year. The place is a mess, there is never a sign of a manager, and the average wait time to check out is 10 – 15 minutes. Someone needs to shape this place up ASAP. Where is the upper management?

This is not the best Old Navy that I have ever been to. I really just visit it out of convenience. The store is always a mess, and I always feel like I’m waiting in line at the register longer than acceptable.

I went to this old navy today to buy a winter jacket, since they are on sale. It was a complete mess. The place looks dirty and unkempt. I did not see anyone working, so none of my questions were answered. I walked out of the store after 5 minutes. I will just have to go to the one I Brockton, which is a lot nicer.

This is not so much for the clothes because the selection is pretty much the same depending on the region you are. But since Old Navy HQ is located in California, so I am a bit surprised that Old Navy customer service is sparse at this Mass location. I was buying some items last night and the cashier looked like he did not want to be there. I said«UM are you open?» He said«yup.» He run me up and that was it. I said, «thank you.» and he said«your welcome.» My cousin bought items too and he was the same. She was thinking he probably hates his job? Or wanted to get off early? Not sure. but it’s ok. Just a heads up so that other customers don’t get turned off by unfriendly customer service.

A sea of the Midnight Madness sales of Black Friday, some drunk ladies close-talking to each other about which top was better than the other, and people pulling clothing over their heads on top of the clothes they were already wearing — and then there was Steph P and I, grazing… She went there specifically for her favorite pants, I personally hadn’t shopped at Old Navy in a long time. I usually only go once a year to get silly PJ pants for my dad as it’s a tradition my sisters and I have for xmas. They usually have at least one funny print of mens PJ pants. While shopping with Steph on that crazy post-turkey-eating night in a line that was a little bit insane, I found some xmas gifts that I didn’t know I could get here, and I found out that I can wear their pants for work pants, and hopefully they will last long enough to get my business in the future — it’s hard to find pants that fit with and without long johns in womens sizes. The employees seemed uncommonly calm, and were able to ring us up fairly quickly, though I am glad that I watched the register as things rang up because they weren’t ringing up at all of their Black Friday sale prices, but without hesitation, and noticing a few were wrong herself, the cashier quickly fixed any mistake and I wound up getting a great amount of clothes to keep myself warm at work, for short money. I may shop Old Navy more often in the future — though perhaps not at midnight, after eating that much again.

It’s an Old Navy, what can I say really? Nice selection, good prices, tons of parking, plenty of dressing rooms.

It’s not much different from your average Old Navy. The selection is large. It is usually organized but when there is a sale forget it. The staff varies from friendly to annoyed. Some of the clothes are cheap and thin(especially the shirts) others are not. There return service is fast and easy.
