The eye doctor was very helpful in giving me a quick but efficient eye exam. However, the associate didn’t let me know that I was ensured a free pair of glasses. I had to find out the next day after reviewing my insurance paperwork. I had to call, cancel the order, and go back again. This was slightly annoying. Then, they didn’t call me to tell me that my glasses had arrived. That was slightly annoying as well. Not anything I lost sleep over, but there’s my review.
