STAYAWAY! Walked in 30 minutes before closing just to check some lenses for my father and grandmother. First thing they asked was if they had insurance. As soon as they found out they would have to go through a «process» they shoed us away & told us they have no time for measuring or confirming with insurance. WOW. Thanks. Now my 92 year old grandmother has no glasses due to your poor service. RUDEANDSELFISH. NEVER again. They are just money hungry sharks that can care less about their customers needs.

All of my pairs of glasses are from this Pearle Vision location! Staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to me as I looked through their massive selection of frames. Have even had my eye exams here and the eye doctor couldn’t have been nicer. The staff is incredible, and will do whatever it takes to find you the perfect pair of glasses! Reasonable prices as well! HIGHLY recommended optical place.

I’ve been a customer for many years and I love the friendly service and professionalism of all the employees at this store. Making an eye exam is very easy, the variety of frames and styles is exceptional, and customer service is great! I’ve brought my family members and friends to this Pearle Vision, and everyone was also very happy. I would recommend this location to everyone!

Horrible service. I have to wonder whether the 5 star review is from a friend of the owners or something. I have filed a complaint with Eyemed about these people because my whole experience with them was so awful. First, they got mad when I asked about a contact lens exam fee. Then my prescription was illegible and they refused to give me a new one until an Eyemed customer service supervisor essentially forced them to. The doctor who did my fitting is apparently a contractor and asked me for a check because I guess she doesn’t trust that the owners will pay her if I used a credit card. Just a huge mess overall.

I came here last year and had by far the worst experience ever! As soon as I walked in the salesman was having me try on glasses that cost $ 500. I kept implying I wanted the glasses where you get one free… he clearly wasn’t understanding me because he just kept having me try on hideous glasses so he could get commission! The lady who did my exam was awful! So rude! I asked 5 times if they needed my insurance card and they said no… when I went to pay for my glasses the guy tells me $ 789! Like what?! So I paid it being confused… as soon as I left I called and said I’m confused on why my glasses cost so much I have insurance… the lady who answered the phone yelled at me then handed the phone to the salesman who tried to tell me I never told him I had insurance! First off I did and second off shouldn’t he have asked?! I went back to get money reimbursed and he said he would through in a free pair of glasses if I didn’t get reimbursed! What a JOKE! I said absolutely not I just want my one pair… I still paid more than I should’ve because I called my insurance… when I picked my glasses up they looked awful! I tried to return them with a letter from my insurance showing they owed me money! Ha! They just shoed me away! So a year later I have glasses that are constantly falling off my face with a lens that’s popped out! Also I have to clean them much more than my old glasses! I will NEVER return and have complained to BBB! Awful people and awful products!
