A New Gopen Optical

I would not go anywhere else. Not only does New Gopen have great frames at low prices, but the service is fast and efficient. The lenses are cut in the shop so the fit into the frames is accurate and quick. He has fixed and adjusted my glass without charge.
Even more importantly, I go to Leonard, because he has extensive insight in ways to improve my vision. I go to him after an eye doctors visit for his opinion. He has helped with doctor recommendations, cataract advice, bifocals, and even adjusting to vision loss. I see better and can function more effectively because of Leonard. He listens to my needs and advises accordingly.
My vision is extremely important, so I go to New Gopen.

I’ve been going to New Gopen Optical for a few years now. Leonard is the best guy around… he’s gone out of his way to deal with my insurance company, and has been patient with my busy schedule. He even took the time to mail me my glasses when so much time went by and I hadn’t gotten there to pick them up. He is patient, friendly and someone you’d love to visit even if you weren’t going for optical purposes! I just started with contact lenses after many years of going without. He was patient and explained how things have changed, brought me up to speed, and has a vested interest in my follow up appointment. I was seen for the exam by Dr. Potaznick; I have been seen in the past by him just for glasses and now recently for contact lenses. I cannot say enough good things about the help I have received at New Gopen. Once you meet Leonard you won’t go anywhere else.

I’ve bought glasses here several times and I will continue to do so. A small store but a nice selection, I easily find something that suits me. and I’m also on a budget and I can still find glasses that I like. Leonard, the owner, is so sweet and helpful. It’s the kind of place I’m pleased to support but also makes it easy for me to support!
