Jump and Slide Entertainment

We used Jump and Slide for my daughter’s high school graduation party last summer. The water slide we rented was a huge hit! All day the kids and adults enjoyed the slide. Her party was the most talked about of all her friend’s parties!
The service was also great. The slide arrived and was set up on time. And we even got an extra hour or two with the slide in the evening. We highly suggest and recommend Jump and Slide!

Anthony, the owner has gone out of his way to help make my daughters party a success. All of his employees are cordial and his equipment is immaculate. He came recommended by a friend and I then found out my brother has been using Jump and Slide for many years. What a coincidence! No need to shop around, I am confident you will be just as pleased as my whole family is with Anthony’s customer service and his professionalism.

Great customer service. They really accommodated me even though I called them the day of my event! The company I had booked canceled on me hours before my sons birthday party and these guys saved the day! I will definitely be using them again.

Business transaction was OK– some date issues, but fixed quickly at first notice.
But then there were these unfortunate factors:
The cotton candy machine we rented was covered in dirt (and tree debris) and dust, and still had sugar in it from it’s last use (which seemed to be a very long time ago, by the look of it).
The slide we rented was great. (The only redeeming quality of this company, it seems).
The supposedly «white» chairs we rented were heavily scuffed, some were covered in bird feces, and others had rust stains. But I guess you get what you pay for in that department.
Other than the above factors that I easily overlooked, there was one thing that was really the crust on the mud pie for the way these people worked. In the morning when they came to pick up the rentals, they only took down the slide, took the slide blower, and took the cotton candy motor. Leaving the amusements to sit in my yard, unusable, until they came once more to retrieve them at 7:30pm. What the hell is that? They honestly came by to take the things that made the fun happen, just to leave them in my yard where they sat all day long (not to mention, taunting my kids), until it was conveniant for them?
The least they could have done until 7:30pm when they actually planned on their pickup, for my $ 1000 1 day rental, was leave the things to be used by the kids during the day. But no, they sat there in my yard for hours looking quite sad.
