Nathan’s Famous

Really bad. Chewy over cooked chicken sandwiches, under cooked fries and no clean tables to sit at. All for a pretty high price for «fast food». Will not go back.

The Worst Nathan’s I have ever been in. The sauerkraut is cold and the fries left a lot to be desired !! You’re better off buying the franks and fries in the supermarket!

I went here after shopping at the outlets. Dogs were great (of course, it’s Nathan) but the fries were kinda burnt and not like the fries at coney island. Service was fast bc i only ordered 2 dogs and fries

I was very disappointed when I went inside to quickly grab some lunch, and the line was 2 people long yet I stood there for over 25 minuets. I wanted a quick lunch unfortunately this is not the spot for it. I will not be returning I was not happy with the service or with the cleanliness of the facility.

the kids with me told me they were famished
so there is Nathans
they wanted to try the dogs
the place is actually sort of cute with old photos of the original Coney Island place
booths and table plus they have a TV going with sports
this is a order at the counter fast food place
2 dogs fries and a drink will cost almost 10 dollars
I never eat meat so I had the fries
there is a fixins bar with ketchup mustard and cocktail sauce
people say they love the fries the fries were eh just ok
big hunk fries
the kids said the dogs were ok which to me means they might have just be eh ok
this stuff will fill you but its not cheap

This nathans in arches is horrible horrible customer service flat soda not properly cooked food people working in this location are lazy …

Ultra high priced food. Never a coupon to give a customer a little break. Tried to enjoy a meal with family while hip-​hop music blasted us out of our seats. One would think they were at a NYC night club. This place survives based on the Nathan’s Branding name only and its foods consistent taste. Staff is pleasant. Place is what it is.

I went to Nathan’s on a busy shopping day because they appeared to have the shortest line. I got on line, asked the people in front of me if they were on line and they said yes, so I followed them. They were not behind the ropes that usually denotes the formation of a line, but there was no one there anyway. After they ordered, the cashier yelled next and I took a step up, but I was called out because now there were people lined up at the ropes. I explained to the cashier what happened and the people at the ropes let me go ahead of them realizing I was just doing what I thought I was right.
Okay. So that’s one thing.
The next thing is after I ordered the cashier said I could go and get a drink at the fountain and she would call me when my meal was ready. So I went and did that. When I got to the register she pushed the bag in my face and complained she had called me. The fountains are set back several feet from the registers. There was a line of people in front of them and the restaurant was completely crowded. Of course I wouldn’t have heard her. Personally I think they need a new system for that because I did feel bad she was waiting and thought I walked out on my order, but there was no way I would have heard her. And I didn’t even take a long time getting a drink.

They refused to give a cup for water, saying that they are out of cups. I said give me any cup to drink water in, but they refused and asked me to pay for water instead. WORST staff, pathetic service. Never will step my foot in this Nathans again in my life.

For fast food I would give it 4 stars but pricing and hours… take it down a notch.
I like the menu, I enjoy their greasy food, Its clean inside and service is good.
They just remodeled and is by far my favorite fast food location on DPA.

If you HAVE to be at the beach, deduct a half-​star.
The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean.
The food is fantastic.
Arthur Treachers for fish and Kenny Rogers for chicken should you care for them but all the Nathan’s favorites are present and tasty.

Nathan’s Famous hot dog and crinkle-​cut fry eatery in the Arches (
). Parking’s a mess, but the food is good and this is a nice place for the strolling. The dogs are nice and snappy, topped with mustard and a little kraut, and you can get a boat of fries with a plastic pitchfork. This shop is cobranded with Arthur Treachers and Kenny Rogers if you want to experiment, or want malt vinegar for them fries. Nathan’s Famous also has free refills and fountain-​chilled olde fashioned orange and lemonade.. . All right!
