Reebok Factory Direct Store

Small store came in just for a quick look for a zip down sweater found what I wanted in my size and color preference was also 30% off. Sweet! Noticed a pair of sweatpants and t-​shirt that caught my eye that was on sale and cheap so I grab those as well and was on my merry shopping way. There was only two people working in the store and just hanging at the register it wasn’t busy and I didn’t need their assistants anyway with anything so I can’t really speak of their customer service skills.

Pretty good sales, but seemed understaffed. Hard to find person to unlock fitting rooms.

Store was OK as far as selection, but help was virtually nonexistent. Found four pair of sneakers for kids to take advantage of their buy 1 get one half price. But once we got up to the register to pay we found out the two pairs that my daughter chose were not included in the promotion. The manager was at the register and told us that it was in the really small print under the huge signs for the promotions. He continued to explain that he is constantly explaining this to customers and apologized for confusion.
While the guy was nice enough about it… here you have a store manager telling us that he constantly explaining the promotion to people (many of whom were probably not as understanding about it as we were), why would he not make sure the signage was more clear.
In any case we ended up putting back one pair and paying full price for one pair so as not to totally disappoint my daughter.
Very disappointed.

This outlet store did nothing for me. Staff was no where to be found, same goes for team apparel, which was the reason for my stop here.
Many other options, this place goes to the bottom of the list.
