Worst company! Can not ever get in touch with management and when you do he is useless! There is competition out there, so don’t feel you need to use them.

I was contacted by Campbell after this review which is 9 months after I first called them about my issue. It was explained to me that Campbell is not actually responsible for managing the property and wouldn’t get involved in landscaping issues. When I asked what they do as a property management company they said «a lot». After five more minutes of excuses as why they don’t do anything regarding actual property maintenance it was determined even though they collect the HOA fees they leave the management to the residents of the community. Confused? Me too. If you need an actual property management company they are not for you. If you need to pay someone to not get involved in your community and ignore phone calls and emails for nine months, this is a great company.
