Locally owned company with strong customer service approach backed with excellent techs. I have had multiple conversations with this company and to the person they have been attentive, super nice and very willing to assist. What they do isn’t easy and based on my experienced is complicated to price sometimes. Len the owner was upfront from the beginning and stood behind everything he agreed to from when his staff would arrive, the scope of work and follow up. We had them install cameras at our two story house and our business. It took multiple visits simply because of the complexity of the building however they maintained a great attitude and completed the task. Gus was the lead and he is probably the most competent tech you could want and has the customer service skills to back up his work. I promise you he won’t leave until your completely satisfied. Will hire them again.

Talked to a super rude guy who hanged up the phone on me. Horrible attitude, I will take my business some another place.
