Excellent food, well prepared and friendly staff. Can’t go wrong with the 3 course meal.

Sooo good! Came into town for business and found this restaurant on Unilocal.Service was fast and food was amazing, they give enough food for 2 meals. The 3 course deal is perfect.

I’ve stopped going they really are not accommodating I hosted a party of 8, two couples got lost the staff were rude and said we would have to forego a course, they needed the table. Next up they changed the menue, no more four courses same price, there are better deals with people who care about their clients, too bad time to move on.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this restaurant so we stopped in on a whim. We were very disappointed when we were told that they could not work us in since we did not have a reservation. We were not even offered a later seating option. Prices based on the to go menu I picked up seemed a little on the high side but since I couldn’t compare them to the portions I hesitate to say they were actually high. Unfortunately I will not be back. I don’t think ANY restaurant should tell a patron that they cannot accommodate them. I understand taking reservations, but I also think you need to keep a few tables for parties that might stop in on a whim to try your restaurant for the first or 50th time.

What a find! Came from Boca – not a long drive on 95. Hidden in a strip mall off of Military this lively restaurant was packed on a Saturday night but the 4 of us had reservations and were promptly seated. I had the tuna appetizer and there were 2 lentil soups and a caesar salad for the four of us. Two had veal parm(not on the menu but available), one had seafood with pasta and i had the pork chop. It was huge and came with mushrooms(canned) and broccoli. With a bottle of wine and desserts(crème brûlée was so good) the check with tip was $ 60 a couple. Really well worth the money. I gave it only 41⁄2 stars as the tables were too close.

Nice Italian restaurant. The grandparents picked this place. I have to say the promotion menu is worth it. You essentially get your entrée with a free appetizer and a free dessert. I’d give the food a 3.5 star being a spoiled NYC resident. The service is fast and friendly. It is a busy restaurant so make reservation if you are thinking about Friday night or the weekend. Note, most(90%+) of the diners are 55+ so think about this before you bring a date.

This is another one of those places that we file under«Grandma’s Favorites!» While other members of my family have been here many times, this was my first experience. After we told my grandmother we made a reservation, she commented«Did you tell them it was for Mrs. S and the other Mrs. S?»(grandma and aunt). My thoughts? Seriously Grandma! Either way, she is treated like royalty and loves how the staff greets her by name and chats with her for a few minutes — not just one member of the staff, but all the staff. Everyone from the servers to busboys were stopping by to say hello to my grandmother and great-aunt. They certainly know how to make her feel special. Either way, the food is pretty decent. They have a pre-set menu where your entrée price includes an appetizer or salad, soup, entrée, and dessert, all at a reasonable price. I ordered the duck(was $ 26) which was perfectly cooked. The soup lacked a bit of flavor so salt and pepper were added. However, the tuna appetizer was excellent. Everyone else enjoyed the escargot for their appetizer. The prices ranged from ~$ 18 — $ 27 so definitely in the pricing of extremely reasonable. They also have a nice range of prices on the wine and we were quickly able to identify a bottle we wanted to enjoy at a fair price. I am certain I will be back on another trip to Florida.

How can this restaurant serve delicious chicken parm, salad or even escargot, soup, and dessert for $ 15.99? I do not know but it was really good. You even get 10% off for cash but have to dine before 7:30. Hidden in a small strip center, Chef Dooley caters to the Century Village set nearby. Our reservation was quickly honored and make your plans early. The place gets very crowded. It is not the usual pizza joint type of food. The portions are decent size but with four courses who needs more?. My chicken parm was flavorful and crispy which I prefer and comes with pasta or vegetable. The soup choices were split pea or ministrone, both good. Caesar salad good and cold which I prefer. Desserts excellent with about 5 choices which we took to go. My wife had shrimp parm which she loved. The service staff seems to work as a team since everytime someone came to our table it was a different face. No matter. Service very attentive. Only issue is no garlic bread, only small rolls are offered. No matter. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

Chef Dooly is a northern Italian storefront mall restaurant with an Irish name… If you choose to dine on a Saturday night expect a crowded feeding frenzy with the tables much too closely arranged, barely allowing enough room for the front wheeled walkers to get by… The crowd is 70 plus… although apparently wellheeled, many may be on a fixed income budget… And that’s why they are here filling up every table on a Saturday night. The service was polite but chaotic because of the excessive demands created by a relatively complicated menu… Created by a ridiculously fairly priced four course prix fixe dinner including soup or salad, an appetizer, a choice of many entrees, dessert and believe it or not coffee. More specifically I had a wonderful split pea soup, escargot in a pesto sauce, a remarkable medium rare, as ordered, thick veal chop accompaned with a mushroom marsala sauce… with a side of linguini. For dessert I opted for a wonderful photogenic tiramisu which I had to photograph. Coffee was included. 3 things make this restaurant special: 1] Menu choices 2] food quality 3] ridiculously low prices further reduced if you pay in cash… Although we are not on a low fixed income… we will continue to return to Chef Dooly simply because the menu choices and execution are of higher quality then most restaurants charging double the price… The ambience will improve if you avoid Saturday night, when wheelchairs and walkers will not have a difficult time negotiating the spaces between the closely arranged tables.

Sorry to crash the party this place is bad. My food was cooked correctly but tasted like hospital food Really sad cause they came with such good recommendations. And reviews. The food was not eatable. Wasted my money Maybe a bad night ordered two dishes both were bad. I will never go there again the owner came out and stared At me in a white undershirt Who ever like this needs to see if they have any taste buds left. Even the cake was bad its cake how can that be. No one cared.

small but nicely done up. need a reservation in summer at least 5 days in advance. during season, 2 weeks. not a huge menu, but everyone enjoyed whatever they ordered. the food was a little on the bland side, but the seniors appreciate that. the menu lists all the items as a la carte, but they serve as a 4 course dinner. appetizer/salad, soup, main & dessert. the house salad was supposed to have a house vinaigrette, but it was not available. had to use oil & vinegar. the minestrone was loaded with vegetables & potatoes, but didn’t have much taste. i had the chicken(pollo) romano, which was a large cutlet with mozzarella & served with a delicious mushroom bearnaise sauce. i don’t eat pasta or broccoli, so i asked and received roasted potatoes. they were supposed to charge extra for them, but they didn’t. the flourless chocolate cake for dessert was terrific. 10% discount for cash. so i had a 4 course meal for $ 15 +tip

Went there last Friday night on a first date. Staff was youthful, energetic and proficient. I’m an exNYer and one thing that annoys me with wait staff in other places is their continual need for positive reinforcement. It’s an annoyance and intrusive. Staff at this place watch from the side and approach when needed. Nice. I like that. I had the Greek dinner salad which was plated like a work of art. It tasted great. I chose a fish entrée. It was wonderful. Fresh, flaky and best of all hot. Nicely seasoned. It occurred to me by the third bite, ’ …this place must have a Chef. I mean, a real Chef and not some fry-cook. Really a lovely evening. Décor was nice and not too dark like some places.

Went here last Friday night with a group of nine. I had the shrimp parmigiana entrée and thought it was delicious. Everyone was very satisfied with their meals except one person who had ordered the chicken parmigiana. The chicken breast was a little rubbery due to being overcooked but the kitchen replaced it with the veal parm quickly. Soup was excellent and obviously homemade. Greek salad was perfect. I had for dessert the poached pear which was good but a small portion, however, at that point I was stuffed so it was sufficient. We all agreed we would definitely eat here again. Good value for the money and very good food.

You wouldn’t know it by the name but this restaurant serves North Italian Cuisine. For under $ 20, they offer a 4 course meal with your choice soup, salad, entrée and dessert. They have a variety of meat and pasta dishes, I had the the grilled seafood variety with a pesto dip which was excellent(I forgot the italian name), with a side of broccoli. For dessert we had tiramisu, ricotta cheesecake, and crème brulee, which were all excellent. If you are in the area, this is truly a hidden gem.
