I love Chick Fil-​A.
Came here twice during recent Florida visit. Went inside once and drive thru on the other trip.
Both times received excellent, prompt service and exactly what I ordered. Those 2 spicy chicken sandwiches saved my life on the flight home. YUM

Thank you to the family in front of me that paid for my lunch! The car ahead of them paid for their lunch. With the money I was planning on spending plus a little extra, I was able pay for three orders after mine. As I drove away, I peaked in my rear view mirror to see if they would be as surprised as I was… She cried tears of joy! What a feeling. The little things mean everything!
I will be back! Amazing place! Great staff!!!

Today was our last time at this place. The lines are much less long and I suspect this is because people are not thrilled with a number of things going on. Firstly, the order should show up while in the line. This way we can see the mistakes before we actually receive them! Secondly, when an order is placed for more than one meal that requires the BBQ sauce, we expect more than one little container. Thirdly, when we order cole slaw, that doesn’t mean sending out something that is as loose as soup. It not only is impossible to open those containers without squirting the person next to you, but the consistency is terrible. And when we went back to return it, we asked to exchange it for a shake and were told we would need to pay an extra $ 1.90. I gave it back and said thanks but no thanks. Lousy service. Subpar sides. = bye bye Chick Fil-​A.

Not sure why this place is getting all the negative reviews because I love it. Only negative I could say is that there’s a long wait which is expected since it just opened up and there are no other Chick-fil-A’s near by. The food is good and they are always nice just like all the other chick flick is I’ve been to.

I can’t believe I’m going to say Chick Filet and bad service in the same sentence! Unfortunately this location is just not up to par! It is always something wether you go inside or drive thru! Though I must admit the drive thru takes forever! It’s a running joke in the office as we all were so excited it was coming and opening soon, now it’s the one place all refuse to go to due to the service.
Another visit and more bad service! Ordered another salad and again some wilted lettuce and Brown on cabbage.

This must be the worst chic fil a in the world. I’ve had 3 bad experiences here in a row. Before this place, I’d never had a bad experience at a chic fil a. It’s like they took the staff from the Checkers on Sample and Military and put them here. Rude, bad service at a chic fil a??? It’s a new store, maybe they’ll clean house and fix it, but I’m never coming back here to find out.

This is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Bad service, employees have attitude and it’s always so busy. Never thought I’d give a bad review to chick fil a. The worst part it’s that it’s brand new so it should be the complete opposite. Still better than the average fast food place though.

Food is obviously good. I’ll put chick fil a sauce on everything. But, I’ve been in the same spot in line at the drive thru for 30 minutes.
I got through a drive thru, to get fast food because it’s supposed to be a quick in and out. AND I couldn’t even get out this line if I wanted to because there’s no exit lane. ONCE YOU MAKE THE DECISION TO DO CHICK FIL A DRIVE THRU YOURE STUCK FOREVER

Horrible customer service. We got here in time for breakfast but the line was too long so we didn’t get our order in before 10:30. That’s utter bullshit. Also, a worker was very rude and ill mannered. Very disappointed with this Chick Fil A. Not the only incident here. when I got my yogurt, it was the consistency of PAINT and tasted horrid!

What a horrible drive thru. By far the worst fast food drive threw I been in. Have been waiting 20 minutes just for a milkshake and they didn’t even have strawberries for a strawberry milkshake… So disappointed will never be back to this location… Still waiting in line… Smhhh.

I have given this location a few tries, but it’s always something. The parking situation is a joke while the lines for drive thru take forever. Sometimes they make you pull around to the front and you wait 10+ minutes for someone to bring your food to you. And more often than not the order is wrong. I just can’t with them anymore!

Ehm… Where do I start…
1) coke really watered down
2) lots and lots of flys
3) in the #2 meal the leaf of salad was rotten and the tomato spoiled
And the bun wasn’t nothing special at all
4) the waffle fries were taste less
5) a ton and say a ton of people working in here and all nice… But geez 15 of them only in the dinner room… More than clients!
Not coming back here anymore for sure

This place is consistently always busy. Everytime I drive by and the line is well into the plaza, I like to think that everyone waiting is so high out of their minds that they can sit there and wait. Other than that, my chicken has been dry from here, Chik Fil A has really caught itself into a downward spiral. I usually come by for milkshakes but at this point, sadly I’d rather go to Steak and Shake and wait in their line, receive horrible service and still avoid this place’s line. They were really nice when I pulled in to the drive thru with my puppy though.
Maybe one day it’ll die down.

Went through the drive-​thru around 3pm, got a #1 meal. It was 10 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I left which isn’t bad considering how busy it was at the time. Food and service was great, no complaints.

I love Chic-​Fil-​A, this is a new location closer to home, super excited. Service is super friendly, they are still a little slow. Something I did notice though which bothered me. I saw one of the employees drop a wrapped sandwich on the ground. Someone tapped her to let her know. What I didn’t like is they asked the kitchen to «re wrap» the sandwhich instead of making a new one. If my food hits the floor, even if wrapped… I would want new one made… Not a biggie, just something I observed.
