Public Storage

Vivian was very nice and helpful. The place is clean, safe and temperature controlled. There are plenty of carts to use and I had the ease of paying my bill online. I would highly recommend this location!

I’m giving this public storage a five star review, long overdue. It’s an excellent location, near the interstate and Vivian is so knowledgeable and professional, she has become a friend.
The units are clean and well kept; the security is excellent and I highly recommend this location, both for the excellent customer service and its high quality.

This Facility is Fantastic!!! Moving can be a nightmare. Nothing went as planned. I was having the worst day of my life. I had called several different storage facilities and it was awful. I was put on hold, hung-​up on, and ignored as if my business didn’t matter to them. Then I responded to an add on the internet for Public Storage. I placed my reservation and promptly received a call from the manager Vivian. It was welcoming in the state of mind I was in to have a calm, friendly, kind voice that wanted to assist me in any way she could. She confirmed what I needed and let me know that she would be there ready to help. We arrived and she was courteous and extremely friendly which helped sooth my emotions of such a frantic day. Everything was clean and in good shape. Everything was as I expected with no surprises. I would definitely recommend Public storage and more specifically this location. No lies, No gimmicks, Just as promised on line. While I was there she had assisted two other customers, one on the phone and one in persons. She was very professional and kind to all of us. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Just west of Interstate 95 and Hillsboro Boulevard conveniently located well maintained and clean premises. those are my first impressions. Sometimes when you just can’t part with things the best thing to do is store them air conditioned inside which is always a plus if you have valuables they also have the standard outdoor storage units. you never see riffraff or trucks or beat up old cars this is maintained spotlessly. my friend was here picking up a television set that he has stored inside the building in the air conditioning I just came along for the ride. I use this facility in 1999 and I was very satisfied with my monthly payments which were affordable I had a smaller storage area I didn’t have that much clutter yet. giving them a 5 star and a thumbs up

We just completed a move and needed storage. We had the good fortune to find Vivian at the Hillsboro, Deerfield Public storage. She was very friendly, professional and extremely helpful great advice for optimal storage for our furniture. She carefully chose a unit perfect for unloading that was clean and air conditioned to keep our things in good condition. We were very happy with our experience with this facility.
