HORRIBLE!!! They are shady, shady business and not ethical at all! Plus the security is bad and the roof was falling in on my unit! Find another place!

Lost $ 10k worth of marine electronics due to theft. Someone broke into my boat in this secure facility, cameras all around and stripped my boat right under management’s nose. They took GPS, instrument panel, dive racks, ladder brackets, hatches, etc. thinking about all that was taken makes me believe this was an inside job. Management was so unhelpful that wouldn’t give up the videos unless it was specifically requested by the police. Can’t believe they have no liability for anything under contract.

I am visiting my brother in Deerfield Beach and notice his brand new bar stool has chew holes in the cloth seat. Turns out the rats got to them while in storage for 6 months. Because he was on the first floor they recommended he get insurance which covers up to $ 10,000. What he didn’t read in the fine print was that for rodent damage they only pay $ 250 max. There were plenty of rat droppings left in many of the boxes as evidence. So that’s the scoop. You have been forewarned.
