Rotelli Pizza & Pasta

My experiences with Rotelli was horrible. I went twice and each time were in different locations. The one by the Cinepolis theater was the worst.
Food: I ordered «homemade» lasagna. When the food came out, it looked like a big blob of cheese that is VERY FLAT. I don’t know about you guys, but I have never had lasagna this way. I put that behind me because I wanted to taste it since not everything that tastes good looks good. Well, that turned out to be a disappointment also. My friend ordered pizza, and that wasn’t the any good either.
Service: The waitress handled it somewhat professionally. She came off rude, but I didn’t expect her to be nice. I asked her why the lasagna was made that way and she answered in a rude tone, «It is homemade lasagna and that is how the chef makes it.» I replied, «So this is how homemade lasagna looks like?» I proceeded to tell her I did not like how it even tasted despite the appearance.
Well, these are my own personal experiences and I will never go to any of the Rotellis EVER again. I will make sure none of my friends go there.

I am staying with relatives and ordered twice. The first pizza (non-​Tuesday) was actually quite good, so we decided to order two when they had their Tuesday special– mistake! Unsure what the deal is, but these were completely different (lower quality) pizzas. I won’t be ordering again.

Let me start off by saying that the only reason I have given this place two stars is because the service was decent. If you like to eat semi edible food, maybe you’ll enjoy this place. We got a chicken Marsala entrée and a chicken Parmesan entrée. It came with garlic rolls and salad. They make it seem like a good value, but the actual entrees are really small. That’s not even the bad part. The garlic rolls were garlic rolls and the salad was a salad. Nothing fancy. As far as the chicken, I mean rubber, I don’t think it was digestible. It was also lacking in flavor. It was terrible. I’ve had frozen meals that were a lot better. If you want decent Italian food in Deerfield, go to Nick’s. Prices are better and so is the food.

Do not ever order from here! The manager Marcos Nemecek was extremely rude. Our office ordered lunch and they messed up my order by delivering the wrong wrap, I called to get my order corrected and all the manager could say is «ok do you want me stop everything and bring you your food». This manager was extremely rude and told me his driver will pick up the original wrap and that he would void the charge off my card. The driver brought the receipt and under reason the manager wrote «serve gone crazy». Our office will never order from there again. Extremely poor customer service.

I wish I can give this place 0 stars. Let’s start w the grandma pie I ordered last week. Compared to rotellis mission bay location this place has HORRIBLE pizza, gross. Soggy and undercooked is not the way to eat pizza. Tonight I was hungry and tired so I decided to order the veal parmigiana, at this Hillsboro location they top their $ 20 veal with pasta, gross. I payed $ 20 for veal parm and got it topped with pasta with butter and garlic ruined the dish. Now it would make sense to put pasta in a separate container, this is what they do at the mission bay location and any other normal Italian restaurant, but this place decides to ruin a good dish with topping it with pasta. When I called to complain the manager Erin got on the phone and sounded like he smoked a pound of some good weed. I complained that my dish was ruined he shrugged me off and told me this is how the owners run this place. He told me I can’t get a credit which I neither asked for or wanted. Wow horrible manager and horrible customer service! Food sucks because they are obviously cutting corners! Don’t order from here food sucks and the manager needs to get a job at Taco Bell

I normally order from the Rotelli’s on Hillsboro Blvd in Coconut Creek, but the other night I ordered from this Rotelli’s as it was on my way home. I ordered the same as I usually do… 2 chicken parmesan with spaghetti, and a children’s spaghetti and meatball. Lets just say the chicken was like rubber, the spaghetti was crunchy, and there was barely any sauce on the spaghetti. The children’s spaghetti and meatball was a serving size for a 1 year old. Like I said, I’ve always ordered from the Rotelli’s on Hillsboro Blvd in Coconut Creek and always order the same thing, and have no complains on portion size, flavor, texture, or appearance… This however was AWFUL and no flavor what so ever! would never eat there or order out again!

I happen to love Rotelli’s. Not it’s not a hoity place and it has a certain type of ambience that isn’t for all. That being said the food is good and the service is always pleasant. The pizza is thin crust and yummy and while they tend to overlook the pasta a bit the sauces are all tasty. The garlic rolls are to die for!

Great pizza in Florida. Reminds me of New York pizza. Excellent thin crust. Nice & crunchy. Great sauce. Fugeddabbouditt!!!

I love their ravioli giganti with tomato basil… its the best! I also like to go early since there is the buy one entrée get second for .99 cents however you will need to get 2 drinks but its all good… atmosphere is normal .love to bring my kids here

Worst service ever!!! Especially late at night, waited 15 mins for service, 30 mins for cold coffee, my friends food was blaaah, cold and unappetizing.

I love this place. I order bake ziti and the lentil soup today. I spend way more money at Sal’s on sw 10 and military and the bake ziti did not taste as great as it did at Rotelli. The service here was quick and the bake ziti was not dry.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing and STILL were given the full treatment. They even gave the kids pizza dough to play with and cooked it for them while we ate. Awesome food and Really Great Service. My receipt says my server was Maria Alves. Thanks again. You guys were great!
