I love this location! The instructors are all so talented, friendly, and motivating. Also, with a CPY membership, you can take classes at any of their locations nationwide, and this is perfect for me since I am a college student. I’ve taken classes at several CPY locations, both in the Boston and Chicago areas, and I can honestly say this is my favorite studio!

Core Power is great. Wonderful, friendly staff and some really great instructors. Facility is clean and quite nice. They have a locker room and showers for use. CPY is a chain so membership lets you use any of their locations which can be great if you aren’t close to one of them, or if you are like me, and there is one on the way to work. They offer several different classes each with a different design to it. I love the Yoga Sculpt which is an incredible one-hour, yogo-flavored boot camp kind of class. Some classes a super crowded, but that is just affirmation of how great this place and the instructors are. Give it a try, they give new clients a free week and you can get a second week if you purchase a $ 9 yoga mat.

I love Core Power Yoga and this studio. I started with a Groupon for four weeks, and they added another week for free. After 5 weeks, I was hooked and signed up for their Black Tag Membership, which gives me unlimited yoga. I wish I had more time to go more frequently, but I try to get in at least 2 sessions each week. My favorite class is Hot Power Fusion — it’s a great workout and I love the heat. I also love CP2. Yoga sculpt(with weights) seems to be a really popular class, but it’s not my favorite. I prefer a more traditional yoga class. I also like the heat of HPF and CP2. The price is good if you go more than 2x week, and the instructors are amazing — I have yet to have a bad experience. The studio and locker rooms are very clean, and they enforce their«quiet in the studio» rules, so there is no chatter. The cold lemon/lavender cloths at the end are a treat. I love pretty much everything about Core Power Yoga. If you haven’t tried it before, the first week is free, so there is no downside. Bring a towel, because you will sweat. A lot.

Love this place. I’m happy deerfield got a core power yoga. I don’t know a yoga studio where I get as good of a workout. The instructors are professional, the studio is always clean and smells amazing(I don’t exactly what they’re doing there). For the value you’re getting, I think it’s worth it. It is quite expensive for my budget, but especially if this is your only place to work out it is well worth the investment.

I cannot begin to describe how elated I am with the opening of Core Power Yoga in Deerfield. One might think, who needs another yoga studio in the North Shore? Trust me, my friend — not all yoga studios are created equal and just like your local Starbucks, each one has its own character based on the clientele and I can already tell — this one is a keeper. If you are new, you get a whole week to try them for free and the timing can’t be more perfect as the hot yoga classes are a respite from this frigid winter weather. I have only been to Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt but have appreciated the diversity of the instructors’ teaching approach. There are 2 studios so I’m hoping that they add even more classes as time goes on. I have to say that my most favorite part of all is the fact that they actually remind people to skip the chatter and to respect the fact that people come to yoga to escape the noise of the world and life in general. So ladies(and gentlemen) — please take your socializing elsewhere! Oh and yes… love the lemon-lavender towel at the end of class, too! The only thing I wish could be better is the temperature of the room; it could be hotter but I also understand that could be just me… keep up the good work, Core Power Deerfield!
