I’ve been to class with Tanja a couple of times. I have been to other yoga classes, and as a beginner I really like the explanations about what the positions are for. With her explanations I could make sure I was feeling the stretch in the right area of my body. She is also very accommodating to different experience levels, not just being welcoming but also giving different position options explicitly with examples. And she was able to explain particular differences men have with yoga practice as well.
Tanja is very much about the art and science and spirit of yoga.
If you can make her class I’d highly recommend her.
