My son sent me a gift (a fruit arrangement: Birthday Bouquet). It is expensive, so you expect good quality. The strawberries were really bad. No flavor, all greenish. The same day another edible arrangement (from another EA store) was delivered to my job. The strawberries were great. So one cannot blame the season or whatever. This is actually the second time, I was not too happy with this specific store in Deerfield. I would not recommend this place.

We called ahead in hopes that they can make a chocolate fruit box very last minute. When we got there, we were greeted by a very friendly customer service staff. She also showed us some other baskets in the fridge and gave us free chocolate fruit sample to try. The place was clean and smelled of fruit. We will definitely be back.

Ordered a fruit basket for my mother on the day before mother’s day. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. The service was punctual. The fruit was fresh. They helped me to select the item for my budget. Yes it was a little pricy but it did put a big smile on my mother’s face.

Called this morning to see if I can place an order and the gal told me that they’ve making different type of arrangements and I can get what’s available when I get there. I went in during lunch and there was nothing available. What a waste of time… Don’t get people in when there’s nothing… I will never get anything from here again!!!
