I needed a new outfit for an event I am going to in a couple weeks. I went into Loft to see if I could find something. Not 1 person who worked there asked if I needed help or even said hello. I have been to this Loft location before and it was the same thing then too. Poor customer service.

Reviewing this because this awesome store deserves more than one review!
Loves:
LOCATION: Deerfield Loft location has a ton of parking and unlike a mall, it’s a super quick trip from your car into the store.
SELECTION: this LOFT has the best selection because it’s not picked over like the Old Orchard one. I’ve found gorgeous dresses and tops that would not last two seconds at the OO location (they would be sold super quickly!)
PRODUCT: Loft always has a ton of great sales and I love the quality of their cotton, linen and silk items!
Neutral:
EMPLOYEES: They are polite and nice but not as «doting» as ones I’ve encountered in other stores. i.e. they don’t pull stuff for you to try or really attempt to show you things you might like.
Minus one star: it’s definitely a drive up north so it’s a bit out of the way. I miss the Evanston location (which has been closed for a while).

Great location in downtown Deerfield! I’ve stopped by a handful of times and have had a great experience each time. The associates are friendly and the store is bright, inviting and well organized. Great shop and will be here again.
