Comfort Inn

I stayed here one night. Our room was a single King bed room.
Everything was clean.
I was a little confused with a couple things though:
–Why was the coffee maker in the bathroom?
–The bed décor: some huge rug thing that wasn’t really cute or soft
Also, when we walked down the hallway there seemed to be a fan/​A/​C unit? So we figured it was to keep the hall cool (since it was a little warm)? Then when we walked down to the pool I stepped in a wet spot right in front if the fans and realized it was there to dry the spot. I didn’t inspect where it came from, just proceeded a little weirded out. But it was still wet and being dried the next morning.
We went to swim at about 9:30pm and the pool chooses at 10:00. The front desk personnel came in to the pool area and basically kicked us out AT 10:00… Buzzkill.
They didn’t even have a Jacuzzi, just the pool. To be fair the pool was a perfect temperature. I just think they should keep it open a little later.
They did have a continental breakfast in the morning, eggs weren’t too good. Waffle machine was acting up. There weren’t any meat options. No sausage or bacon. Just eggs and biscuits. Juice wasn’t stocked.
Overall the value isn’t bad, it was under 100 bucks. And to get free breakfast and a pool isn’t too bad of a deal. The staff seemed to be pretty friendly and helpful.
