Buffalo Wild Wings

Get rid of your boneless wings! VERY bready, crunchy grease balls, with little meat. And less sauce. (One stoney nugget had none!) Service was great. * Boneless wings were not a reflection of this particular location but, all Buffalo Wild Wings. Also Onion Rings were overdone and very overpriced.

Couldn’t make a review any lower then a 1 star but this place has the worst possible service like every Buffalo Wild Wings. Waitresses here always seem like they’re way over their head. Ordered a quest appetizer and it took over a half hour to get so we told the manager we didn’t want it anymore and got nothing more then a sorry. The management and service here is piss poor get your shit together Buffalo Wild Wings!

It’s hard to think this place could get any worse but today the outdid themselves.
We decided to see if they improved and went in at 2pm on a sunday. We were seated promptly but took a while to see our server. When she finally came, my wife ordered ice tea and was told they were out.
After getting our drinks, the real wait started. 10 to 15 mins later she returns for our order. My wife goes to order the chili quest and is told they are out of chili, which eliminates at least 3 items on menu, 1 of which I was going to order.
Asked wife if she just wanted to go elsewhere and ask for check. We ended up paying $ 2.78 for two half drinks.

Came here yesterday during lunch around 12:15. The restaurant was pretty full for a Thursday lunch, my party of two were sat right away. We sat for a couple minutes then greeted by our server, I believe his name was Jeff??? Can’t recall right now. Ordered a pair of Miller Lites. Came back promptly with our drinks, took our order which included an appetizer. A little later out fried pickles came out… AMAZING. After I finished our appetizer and my beer I had a craving for a mimosa. asked our server if they had that available, he wasn’t too positive so he asked the manager… long story short our server and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a mimosa. I was so impressed by our server and the manager! I will definitely be back and without a doubt request that same server if he is there! Being a server myself, I was totally blown away and impressed by what I experienced!

Do NOT get your hopes up.
First of all, Bdubbs, in my opinion is a pretty mediocre place to dine if you’re looking for decent quality in food and service. But this one takes the cake. The last and final straw was when a friend of my boyfriend and I had a gathering there for his bday and there were several of us to say the least. As a server myself I can understand how frustrating and confusing a party can be. We came late to join several others, and patiently waited for the server to get herself together. It took about 10 minutes before we decided to finally just order drinks from the bar, to which they responded we can’t ask for 2 servers at once, but she would have our drinks sent over. Fine. After another 10 minutes, this server STILL hasn’t approached us to even speak so the bartender just brings them.
Strike 2 for us. So we just patiently and politely flag her down, to which she came by reluctantly and rudely to take our order. Long story short, this woman brings us our bill after 5 minutes BEFORE we even get our food. Ridiculous. I had to call the manager and politely explain that you have to be a pretty bad server for a server to complain about you. We’re pretty understanding of other servers. At least the manager was very apologetic and gave us some discount coupons, which I’ll likely never use there again anyway.
And by the way, one of our party members knew the hostess, and saw on Facebook that she posted something (while we were still sitting) about «all these black people» in her job. Mind you, she’s African American herself, or maybe she doesn’t know that. Either way. We weren’t roudy, disrespectful, or anything of the sort. Needless to say she still has her job. They’ll never get anymore money out of me. 2 stars because of the manager. Otherwise a flat ⁰⁄₅

If you want to see how small a buffalo wing can be, come here! Poor service and horrible wait time ! Come with 2 kids an your wife, $ 80!

We just waited here for an hour !!! Seriously, how long it will take to make wings!!!

I have been to this BWW location 4 – 5 times and the food has always been good and the service was very friendly and fast every time. I have always had a good experience hence why I keep returning. Plenty of TV’s up and running. My server today Erin was FANTASTIC (and very cute:-)) I get the same thing every time (honey BBQ boneless and onion rings) — so good!!! Give them a try and hopefully your experience will be great like mine.

Usually a decent place to grab a bite and a beer. We went on 02÷22÷14. The burger I received was supposed took go to a different table, the wings had been sitting out and were lukewarm and my wife’s sandwich had the wrong sauce on it. They did bring out fresh wings, but never offered to replace the burger. The server was ‘kind enough’ to take $ 5 off of the order. The Dekalb BWW has gone downhill the past couple of years.

They have never messed up my order at this location and I’ve never had a problem with the service there.

A really good test to see how the service is at a restaurant is to go in with a large group and see how it goes. Well I ended up doing just that with a large group of friends all dressed to the nines in our ugly Christmas sweaters.
Our server did a great job of separating everyone’s checks even with some couples being on the same check and other’s with their own checks. The food arrived fairly quickly and all came out at the same time for our group.
I enjoyed my salad and my boyfriend really enjoyed his burger. Yes, we skipped out of the «wings» but I’ve had those so many times here and I wanted to try something else.

The boneless wings that I sampled tasted great. I sampled the hot, mild, Parmesan garlic, Caribbean jerk, honey BBQ sauces. I enjoyed them all, but my favorite probably was the Honey BBQ. I’m not a big fan of hot food, but surprisingly, the hot was manageable.
Also, one of the employees came over to my group to ask us if we needed anything while we were waiting. She mentioned that we could sample some of the sauces and taste some of the beer. Also, the cashier offered us free drinks from the vending machine while we waited, which was nice. Perhaps if we go back, we will take advantage of some of their offerings.
No real downside to this experience and would come back again if in the area.

This location seems to always mix up simple orders. Kinda frustrating.
