Was a member of this gym for 13 years when it was under a different name before Ray bought it. It has gone down hill ever since! Ray is not a customer service friendly individual, I’ve watched several great members leave because he skyrocketed the price. The employees are absolutely HORRIBLE! More so at night when they vacuum right next to you while you work out. He only hires college kids with limited knowledge and shoves his«Eat by Color» or Beverly products down your throat! If you want crap treatment, you can join Xsport for half the price and get twice as much. I’m extremely disappointed in this place, lost good friends that used to work here because of Ray and his horrible employees. I hope they bring a Lifetime Fitness or XSport to Dekalb and watch this delusional company close or get put back into reality.

So many great things to say about this establishment and all of the employees in it! I started at Fitworkz a couple months ago and have been nothing but wow’d by their expertise and compassion for health & wellness. I have been doing the evolution classes and am already seeing results. The staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!!!

I was a Y member, but the crowds and swimmers are too much. this is clean and the machines are available.

Wanted to join via a promotion that the club was having. Spoke to a representative on the phone that did not have the information so he asked the owner who informed him«don’t give her prices, get her to come in.» The owner eventually spoke with me on the phone and was extremely rude, refused to answer my one question that I had and hung up on me. He was extremely unprofessional, combative and not inviting to his establishment. No reason to give my money to a business which apparently has an owner who doesn’t want customers.
