The eye doctors here themselves are actually very good. But the two old men that work in the front are veryunprofessional and unknowledgeable. They charged my benefits card the wrong amounts, had miscommunication ordering my frames on numerous occasions, and forgot to call me to inform me of complications. They need better employees.

We went through Prarie Eyecare, and where the doctors seem pretty good. The amount of time you have to wait to receive the proper lenses, is RIDICULOUS. I’ve been waiting since January for the CORRECT lenses… I wouldn’t hesitate to use their doctors but, NEVER will I be ordering another product from them. No one has accountability, it’s always the labs fault… Well, if it’s the labs fault, I may consider switching!!! I’ve dropped in on several occasions to see if they were ready and overheard others complaining as well. I TRULY can’t wait to wash my hands of them. Once, I can see my hands that is! Jeesh.
Next time, I will definitely be going somewhere ELSE.
