Couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve gotten at VIP Cleaners in Dekalb. The staff is excellent; they even remember my name when I’m dropping off items before work. I’ve used them for mostly dress shirts and pants, but a sweater and jacket once too. Always did a great job. Prices seem on par with other dry cleaners. I will continue to use these guys.

Great prices. Professional and honest. The gentlemen that takes your order works 80 hours a week and knows everyone who walks in the door. He gives you an honest opinion of what your item needs. Besides clothes, they clean table clothes, comforters etc. If you’re new to the area or you are just looking for a new cleaners, try them first.

Min and his team are awesome. Excellent and friendly customer service, and my clothes are always cleaned to perfection. I have moved quite a ways away from this location. There is a cleaner right next door to me but I still come here due to what I said above.

VIP used to be pretty reliable, but their staffing issues are pretty disappointing. I’ve gone in a few times in the last month to get things hemmed and couldn’t be served.
The first time I went in the clerk said the seamstress was out all week. The next time the clerk said she doesn’t know how to take measurements and the seamstress only works mornings.
Well, it’s Saturday morning and not only is the seamstress not working, but they can’t do same day dry cleaning (today) because this clerk doesn’t know how to use the equipment… she is just there for people to pick things up.
I’m done!

Their prices are good, but I have had several shirts ruined by their laundry service. The collars and cuff came out burnt and the colors all faded.
Dry cleaning services seems OK though. The did a couple pillows and bedspread and they turned out well.

The people who run the front know what they are talking about so you can ask them questions about your clothing. The prices are very competitive. It is out of my way but worth it when I can good deals and trust them with my clothes.
