I love some good penny slots. I went on a Monday afternoon and it wasn’t too crowded, but I imagine it picks up a lot on the evenings and weekends.
Great place to relax, have a drink and just get away.

Stopped by because, well, I love barbeque. The rib tips were a little off putting at first, with the Asian influenced sauce. But by the third tip, I was hooked. These are subtly smoked, overnight the manager told me. Maybe they have one of those sealed electric smokers in the kitchen, as there’s no obvious hickory smoke inside or outside the place.
Try the joint. The service was good, the tips really good and different.

I eat here weekly. I love the BBQ rib tips. Mr. Dang from Thailand makes a unique sauce. I can taste a hint of soy sauce and hoisin sauce as well the traditional tomato taste. For $ 9.99 you get a hearty pound of tips. I add the fried okra which is fresh vs frozen.

Ok. I was lured in by the sign out front. It shouted Rib Tips, Wings! I should have known better.
The guy was very nice at the counter. The signing was clear and understandable. I ordered the rib tips and the wings. What I received was kind of a sweet asian/bbq concoction that was disgusting. tips were small and from some different part of the cow. wings were coated in the asian/bbq mixture. Disgusting. I would not repeat this experience. I liked the guy tho. Hope they are making money on the slots.

New ownership!
I never thought I would see «Ray’s» reopen but driving by one of my favorite resale places, «No Strings Attached», there it was again. Time will tell if they can keep regular hours, like their doors open when posted. I liked their BBQ before and their sauce was good, big complement as a St. Louis rib fan.
Rib Tips and 3 Piece Wings Combo With fries and slaw $ 10. Deal. Good road food.
