ordered online to make everything easier. arrived on time to pick it up and noticed one employee fumbling at the computer to print out my order 20 minutes after I placed it. I waited for an employee to even acknowledge me for another 10+ minutes and we he finally did he acted like I was the first person to ever order online. after an additional 15 minutes of cooking my food and make me pay again even though I already paid online, I finally was able to get it an go home. they were also out of ranch somehow. normally after you wait and work for something it tastes even better but in this case it tasted like garbage. now I’ll never eat at any Wingstop.

Bears vs. Packers is a very important game. So getting wings on time is important too. I placed my family pack order of 30 online and time of pick up was estimated at 12:15. We didn’t receive our order until 12:50. Which meant that we missed 35 minutes of the game because wingstop can’t get their crap together and because they didn’t know how to change their TV channels… To top off our 35 minute wait, we drove home to find out that our wings were boneless, when we ordered classic. A BIGEFFYOU. Now I gotta eat these stupid boneless wings and drive back to pick up my ORIGINALORDER. If they can get that right… Now. I understand one of their workers was new and in training. But that doesn’t mean you should only have a total of two workers on a Sunday. On a game day.

I give the place 1 star and that’s only because I LOVE the fries and the lemon pepper sauce. Literally that’s it. The rest of the food, is so undercooked and disgusting it’s a wonder how this place is still up and running. Haven’t tried the boneless because I’m not a fan of white meat so I can’t speak on that but the classic is terrible. No matter the sauce. Also, the phone operators. Now I’m not one of those ignorant Americans that talks about people of other cultures and refuse to be sympathetic. I’m quite the opposite. I enjoy the mix and wide range of culture that the U.S. has to offer in a number of employment opportunities… Here comes that famous«but»…BUT, if you’re barely understandable, and have to ask me one thousand times what I mean when I’m very specific, and I have to ask you one thousand and one times to repeat yourself, telephone operations is not for you, my friend. And I have such a hard time placing a simple order here. Frustrating and not worth the time. Will probably try another location just to see if it’s just this one that’s so terrible.

Total slop. Absolutely disgusting. The quality of the chicken is terrible, not cooked right either. It was also room temperature. A coworker and myself thought we would try wings from someplace other than BWW. Made us both very sick. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I would never eat there again. I highly recommend not ignoring these comments Christopher G. Save your business and make some major changes. We can’t all be crazy here…

Just want to shout out Christopher for being the owner.. you must think we are just brain dead. First review and only review and somehow you have a picture of everything and ads off the wall. Pay for advertisement and don’t be a scumbag and lie to people… just decided I will never even try this dump. Do you think Rick Ross leaves fake reviews?

Great spot! Good, friendly service! Fresh, hot food! I really enjoyed my meal last night. I got the 6 piece boneless combo, with the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper flavors. Delicious and filling!

first off let me start by saying that for being a new bussiness to the area this place has horrible food and customer service thats even worse my family and i spent over $ 40 for dinner there and one we got it home and discovered it was horrid i called back and the young lady that spoke to me over the phone swore she was the manager she took my info and promised me fair compensation 2 weeks later when i called back she answered the phone and was no longer the manager and hsad been informed by ownership that the only compensation that they could give in the form of «free food» as i was told was a large frie all due respect i wasnt looking for a free meal but in this day and age nobody has $ 40 to give away sorry for my rant but it will be buffalo wild wings for now on!
