I have been to this verizon multiple times in the past and its always a stressful situation.
This time was not the case!
Excellent customer service this time. I was helped by multiple friendly people, one gentleman even grabbed a water for me and a bit later two of my friends.
I was ultimately helped by Kirsten N. Who I will be back in to see when I decide what to get my boyfriend for Christmas.
Oh, and the store looks wonderful too!

Worst Verizon store ever!!! Completely uneducated about the equipment and services the provide. Then, if they advertise a special promotion, get it in writing from this store! They always mess up your bill and then act like they are unaware of any specials they offered you in the store. They are very shady and be prepared to end up calling the Verizon customer support after dealing with this store. Best advice, drive to a different location!
