A nice variety and the store WAS clean and well organized. I attribute my low rating to poor customer service. Numerous associates working and not once was I greeted or asked if I could be assisted in finding anything.
What really got my goat was the line of six people (yes, I counted) and only one associate checking out guests. To make matters worse, there were three other associates meandering behind the front counter (one of which was the manager). Each seemed engaged in a task of their own but not one stepped in to help.
A disappointing experience… I hope they can step it up next time!

Pewaukee, WI
Marhsalls is hit or miss for finding great buys. If you find one, it is usually a GREAT deal! I like being able to find lacsote brand stuff and express brand here.

San Antonio, TX
Largest Marshalls in the area. Bigger than the one in brookfield by a lot! The shopping center also has a kohls, best buy and shoe store. Target is right across the highway. Worth making a stop if you want to do some shopping and eat lunch. There are some restaurants in the shopping center too.
