Walmart Supercenter

Sometimes I have to shop here, but I try to avoid it at all costs. Sure the store is new and clean, it is in Delafield after all. But the overall quality of the soft line goods is poor. I guess that is to be expected, because the prices are cheap.
Since the remodel of the store into a super center type, the selection of items has decreased, so sometimes I can’t find what I’m looking for which is very frustrating. I prefer to visit the Target just across the way or the Sentry store around the corner. The store also has a Subway inside, which is convenient, as I am normally visiting during my lunch break.

I agree with Charles this place is poorly managed. Two stars bc they have a wise selection, but this super mart is super slow. Both in regular registers and returns desk. Plus I have had lazy employees say they cannot do something that other stores have no trouble figuring out (ie tax exempt or pulling up a lost receipt with date time and card).

We live in Michigan and travelled to Green Bay about one week ago (that football weekend). While staying in the hotel, I placed a site-​to-​store order at
for two Hello Kitty dresses for my little daughters. One thing I didn’t realize was that my laptop automatically picked this store instead of the default Walmart store we have always been using in Michigan (it looks the laptop automatically tracked where we were). Several days later when I got the notification that my order ready for pick up, I noticed it’s in the this store — hundreds of miles away! I could simply cancel the order and then re-​order but the only thing is that these beautiful dresses are already out of stock. So I called the store just to check if it’s possible to re-​ship the stuff to my local Walmart store. I got this really nice gentlemen — Brian (I hope I have spelled his name right?) who (after checking with the management I believe) retuned my call a few days later and told me he can ship them directly to my house! Wow, super nice stuff and excellent service!!! I definitely want to visit this store next time I’m in the area!

I went to Walmart to buy Mario party 4 for my son and Jake and Alex in electronics were very helpful and knew lot about Mario party and told me all about the best levels. Definitely will be coming back to this Walmart soon!

This place is laid out terribly. atleast compaired to most of the Wal-​Marts i’ve been too. Seems under stocked as well.

I hate Walmart. I have to say Art the assistant manager tasted me very well hence the 3 stars. (0 for Walmart plus 5 for Art /​2 = 3)

This is for the Subway inside this store. It was terrible. The manager Brittany is incredibly incompetent. She let her friends skip in front of us and she refunded them from the cash register. She didn’t let her employee know that there were people in line and then she abandoned him. Poor kid. All in all, go to the Subway up the street.

I usually avoid trips to Walmart unless absolutely necessary. I received a gift card over the holidays so I headed West to Delafield. This Walmart is off the main street and can be tricky to find the first time. I exchanged a gift at the customer service department and it was EASY. They have really affordable pet items such as carriers, toys and flea treatments.
