Took a brand new Ford F-​150 there 2 days after I bought it to have the windows tinted. When I picked it up and started driving out and looked in the side mirror I could see about an 8 inch dent in the side. I hadn’t left the parking lot yet, I parked the truck and went in and told them and they said it was probably already there. They didn’t offer any apologies or anything for the damage or any refund on my tinting.
