Cute boutique with lots of options for just about every need! The owner, Linda is incredibly knowledgable and even makes some of the dog treats. My dogs love the sweet potato chips! Come check it out in beautiful downtown DeLand!

Donna is wonderful. She was so sweet with my Willa. I asked for a lion cut to get rid of the matted fur that I couldn’t brush out. She made my baby feel right at home. Willa purred through most of the cut and bath. She wasn’t so excited about the blow dry, but Donna was so gentle. She is a true animal lover. I would recommend her to anyone. Patrice at the front counter is also lovely. Thanks girls. We’ll be back. Also, Shannon H was right about the place being clean, top notch, and not smelly as I may have expected and Mary C was right about Donna being AWESOME!

This is by far the best pet store I’ve ever walked into! It doesn’t stink like most pet shops.
The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable about all of their products. They offer many gourmet treats for dogs and cats. Some of them even look good enough for me to eat (Shaped like cookies and other yummy people food)! They also have an assortment of other treats that are harder to find but much better for your pet. Like Antlers and different types of bones for your dogs and fish flakes for your cats. You can also find things like pet beds, leashes, collars, pet clothes, bowls, accessories, just about anything you can imagine.
The staff also like to take time and get to know your pets if you walk in with them. Sometimes they will ask if it’s okay to give them a little treat (samples if available). The groomer, Donna is amazing. She is very thorough and she genuinely cares about your fur-​babies!
You feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door and never rushed or pushed to buy anything. The owner, Linda, is always so cheerful and happy. You can tell she genuinely loves her shop and all of her customers.

I was a bit apprehensive to leave my cat to be groomed with someone new. Even though I have been in Grrs and Purrs several times in the past, this is the first time I have left her there to be groomed. The shop is always clean and actually smells good, unlike a lot of pet stores I’ve been in. Immediately, Donna put me at ease and was very patient, letting Grace get to know her. I let her know what I wanted and she said she would call in a couple of hours to let me know she was finished. WOW! 45 minutes later she called and said I could pick her up. I went back and she took Grace from her carrier and I was amazed! Her cut was exactly what I wanted! Donna told me Grace behaved well and asked me to look her over and let her know if there was anything that needed to be done. She found a small area that she felt didn’t look good so proceeded to clip to even it out. She explained that Grace was afraid of the blow dryer so she dried her by hand rather than stress her. Donna was professional, caring, and treated my cat as if she were her own. I will be back and recommend Donna to everyone!
