I was having problems with my laptop and stopped in for assistance. I thought there was a virus and had been hesitate to take it in since computers are not my area of expertise. Starr was able to total check out the laptop, no virsua & she told me what to do once I got home. I am newer to the area an d will never hesitate to reach out to Guiness Computers in the future!
