I took my laptop in to have the cooling fan replaced. After three weeks and three separate pick ups and returns to solve the problem we finally got it back. During the course of their«repair» they scratched the case and now two of our USB ports do not work. The good news is that the cooling fan finally was replaced and working as far as I can tell. I will not go back and would advise customer beware. I was told the«interns» had been working on it also. WHAT???

Great place. They have fixed about 6 of my computers al together some of the 2 or 3 times over the years. They get it right every time. Very Honest and knowledgeable.
