All I can say is… just don’t. The cars are all beat to hell, smashed head/​tail lights, or big gouges on the side of the car like they hit someone and took off. It is just a mess! Even if I was able to look past the sketchy, old 1990’s mercury or whatever they drive, the drivers are terrifying. It’s like they recruited the staff from the nearest bus station, whether they had a valid license or not. I understand people get drunk and want a cheap ride home (I respect that), but there are much better options for the price. The one and only time I got in a cab from Steve’s and it smelled like puke on top of older puke. If you want to get hepatitis on your way home then by all means, go with Steve.

I needed a ride from the Deland Amtrak into town, and Steve’s Taxi did the job for a low cost.
My driver was a little late (based on the ETA that the dispatcher gave me), but it was no problem, as I wasn’t in any rush. He was a nice guy, and we had a good conversation about his aspirations.
