Le Vi Nails

So disappointed! Today I was there for a pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure did an okay job. I called yesterday to make an appointment. When I arrived they didn’t have me in their books. They didn’t have any hot water so some guy in the back was heating water up in a crockpot. When I went to pay the lady told me they don’t take gift cards anymore! My friend got me 2 $ 30 gift cards last year as gifts. Now I can’t use them unless I have a receipt. The lady told me she would «make me a deal & give me $ 40 value for me gift cards.» What?!? I had a receipt for the one showing the $ 30 & now hopefully I can find the other receipts otherwise I’m out $ 30. They are crooks! When this place first opened the service was amazing. The staff was so nice & gave the best foot/​leg massages with their pedicures. Now, not so much. I won’t be returning or referring anyone here.

This place is awesome. The staff is welcoming and friendly, so great service. They offer complementary FULL bottles of water and pop for customers. Very extensive color selection (mostly OPI and some China glaze). The pedicure I got was relaxing and amazing with really nice massage chair. I also noticed that the place is very clean and well kept. I used to go to Hollywood nails down the street but I would much rather come here!

Disappointed to hear that the salon that Rick and Vi built up and ran was sold recently. I went for a pedicure on May 27^th. The current owners… eh. Most of the same staff is there but the fun and friendship that Rick and Vi proved to be gone. My pedicure was ok, but not worth $ 30.

I would highly recommend going to La Vie for the Spa Pedicure and Manicure. I got the one that removes all the calluses. Very clean! OMG, the wonderful nail technician massaged my feet and calves with 4 hot stones. Heavenly! Along with the massage chair, all my stress disappeared. She did an incredible and detailed job on the pedicure and manicure. The prices are reasonable for great quality. Happy Feet! Happy Hands! You can call for an appointment but they also take walk-​in.

I recommended you to my mother and you failed on that recommendation! She took her three grandkids in to get manicures and pedicures and they were treated awful. My daughter’s nails and my mother’s nails look terrible, your foot spa has no hot water, my niece asked for two colors and only got one, your debit card machine was down but didn’t tell anyone before you statred their nails or post a sign. My niece asked repeatedly to have the guy help her to make the chair vibrate and he ignored her and to top it off, her pedicure consisted of her feet being dipped in the water, no towel, no foot massage, nothing. I will not be recommending any one else to you ever again and i will be taking my business elsewhere!

I’m in town visiting from Detroit area and have had my nails done at MANY different nail places from all over the spectrum. The next couple weeks for me are busy between an anniversary, Christmas parties, and a new job and I needed to get my nails done. My mom, who lives in Elkhorn recommended Le Vi as she used to work in Delavan and came here often. And I am happy with that recommendation! Very clean enviornment and the receptionist even got out the mop ans cleaned the floors while I was there. I stopped in to get my acrylic set put on and for $ 30 I got a GREAT set. He even helped me pick out my color and gave me tips on what I can do at home to help the color stay fresh. All even length, the tech took his time to make sure everything was perfect and it is. I’m very pleased and will be returning next time I’m in town. I highly recommend Le Vi Nails Spa.

I have been going to Le Vi for a couple of years now. They do an awesome job. Prices are reasonable. I would recommend to everyone to go here.

Love this place! I’ve been going since it opened and won’t go anywhere else! They are friendly and super friendly! I’m a LMT and some of there employees should working in there massaging but other than that it’s a great place to come relax and have a laugh! My pedicures always last at least 2 weeks! Couldn’t ask for much more for $ 35!

Super friendly staff, did a great job on my gel manicure

I have been a customer since they opened and always had good experiences in the past. I recently got a gel gloss manicure which I was told should last at least 2 weeks. 3 days later it was peeling. It’s a 40 $ manicure. I went back in to le vi and they charged me for another manicure. Bad customer service. I think the owners have stepped back. They lost me as a customer and I won’t recommend them anymore unfortunately.

Are you kidding me? This place is AMAZING. The best pedicure I’ve ever had. None of the comparable places at home in California would spend anywhere near as much time with a client or take as much care. Highly recommend. Oh, and they’re all hilarious :)

Awesome place to get your nails done. They welcome appointments as well as walk ins. You won’t go back to any other nail salon once you go!
