CHEAP!!! i’ve taken many broken heels to Mr. Ralph over the years, they always come back great! it’s super cheap too, about $ 8 to have the heels of my pumps fixed. he even put a new, rubber sole, on my favorite leather sandals, of which my toes were nearly touching the ground! my shoes are always done on time. he does not, however, clean them at all haha for some reason i find this endearing, he’s such a wonderful person– loved by the community as a winter street icon. i’ve moved to chicago, and still send my shoes home for his touch!
