Ate at this location for the first time today. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was very good, and the place was clean, and organized. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future.

In the future, I would recommend that servers not place customers in a section where the heat is not working. My family and I stressed to the waitresses that we were cold. Throughout the dining experience we wore our jackets. We were informed that the heat would be on shortly because the heating company was working on the heating issue. Unfortunately, the heat never came on. We stayed because we were hungry and we usually have a fantastic dining experience at the Golden Corral. I hope to never have a cold experience at the Golden Corral with my family. The whole meal was stressful and left a negative outcome on my family. Honestly, I felt that we were eating outside and not in a dining establishment. The experience left a damper on my opinion of customer service and the Golden Corral.

This was our first visit to a Golden Corral, and if they are all like this then perhaps will be our last. First, we walked in to pay for our meal(typical of buffets) and they had a self service drink dispenser. With two Pepsi spigots, both were out of syrup. The person at the register(which I assume was the manager /owner by his dress and demeanor) said that there were two service stations inside that you can get drinks at. I personally know that it takes only moments to replace these syrups(they come in a box with a simple fitting). Turns out that the service stations inside were only accessible to the wait staff, who are overworked and not provided with the tools they needed. We had to wait for our drinks and they barely every cleared our old plates. And the biggest surprise: they had no bussing bins! These are standard across the industry! The wait staff had to try and balance an entire table of plates and glasses on small service trays. And then they had to use their hands to collect all the food pieces. The food was okay. The hot buffet was pretty good, though my picky kids had a tough time finding stuff there. The dessert buffet was understocked and the staff in charge of filling it did not seem like they were working too fast. Dishes were broken or did not come out of the dishwasher clean. The wait staff even ran out of cups at one point and had to try and catch up with dishwashing themselves. Never saw the manager spend that much time helping. This was a busy time, but I have seen many restaurants much busier than that and keep up with better service. I think it all comes down to poor management, with no tools provided to their waitstaff and poor quality control.

2 stars is more than enough for this place Food is dry old and tastes funny. But if i had to rate our waitress I’ll give(TAMMY) 5 stars.

This place is good. The food is good for what you’re paying and the service was nice. I would definitely come here again. The only bad thing was that the lady in the front overcharge me by accident.

EWWW. I went to a golden corral one time in PA, not too bad. But that was 2 years ago. My husband and I went because he never went there before and was craving buffet selection. So we found the nearest one to our location. Once we walked in, it smelled really bad. The cups that we got our drinks in were so so dirty. We started with the salad bar, which was not maintained well at all since most of the ingredients were missing, like the lettuce and tomatoes. The vegetables were placed right next to the ham and chicken.(not good for me since I eat only kosher) so pieces of bacon were were falling next to the cheese. Entrees, ugh, the steamed veggies looked like they were sitting there for 2 weeks in dirty water. The corn and asparagus were pale. The food items were restocked every hour! horrible. My husband got the meats, and most of it was over cooked or under cooked. In general, the food was dry and old and gross! The crowd there was distracting, the kids were dumping food everywhere making a mess and with dirty hands so the handles were getting dirty. The crowd bothered us a lot. Only good thing there was the banana pudding. We paid around $ 35 dollars for disgusting food! The server was inattentive as well.

I disliked everything about this place. The food was horrible. Very salty, and dried out. Not a huge selection of food either. Maybe I was expecting too much.

Please take my advise. Never again! 15.00 per person and the foods were dry and old. They just push anything out without tasting them. Never again!

Very disappointing. So many ingredients in the salad bar were empty and went unrefilled. The mac salad was glazed over like it hadn’t been tended to for hours. Once a food item ran out you had to wait. and wait… and wait. Maybe they’re understaffed — I don’t know — but as far as Golden Corrals go, this one’s a dud.

Stopped in for breakfast on 9÷27÷2014 the food was great. My only complaint and I gave it a 2 star is because I had listen to a potato tumble the whole time. Told manager I told manager about it and it continued anyway. That should be done prior to opening.

We were really excited when we saw this was being built. Who doesn’t love a buffet of good old fashioned American food where you can stuff yourself silly? We’ve given it a few chances and were disappointed. All times we were there, it was like they just could not keep up with the demand. 75% of the trays were empty; the other 25% that had stuff in them was old/burnt up/dry. It’s just not worth the money if you can’t even eat anything! Also, I know this is not necessarily the restaurant’s fault(perhaps they need a better layout) but people are obnoxious — butting in front of you, breathing down your neck waiting for their turn to scoop food, kids running into you. Ice cream is fake. Had to dig through the pile of plates to find one that did not have greasy residue on it. Gross. Likes: salad bar has a lot of selection peach cobbler!

Great variety of food, and everything I tried was tasty. The server was very nice. Florescent lighting was very harsh but that’s a minor gripe.

I was so super excited to try out Golden Corral because I have heard SO much wonderful stuff about it. In fact I drove from NYC just to try this chain out because I felt like i was missing something in my life by not trying it out. Well I think I could have lived without the experience. I felt that the restaurant was crowded and the workings of how to get your beverage and meal highly disorganized. While there were servers in the place it just felt like I was in a cow pen fending for myself. I was afraid to leave anything at the table because it just felt too busy. The food was OK. The deserts were terrible. While we paid for all you can eat we did not attempt to eat all we could because the experience was not warm.

It was our first time to dine in at golden corral, it was hard to find a branch with a decent review… and we found this delran branch. We were anticipating to see long lines and stuff like that but we didnt. we arrived around 4:30ish and it was pretty epmty. GOOD: fried chicken, grilled chicken, buffalo wings, cajun fries, banna pudding, the pot roast. I will come back for the fried chicken. For the price of $ 12/person and AYCE? not bad… btw you can make your own nachos and tacos too. BAD: fried shrimp was wayyyyyy toooo small, meat loaf was salty. stay away from the orange chicken. VERYBAD: the utensils got dried up crusts of food. So make sure you get the disposable utensils as well as the cups EXPECTATIONSNOTMET: we wish there were more seafood, such as crabs like what we saw from the website, we only saw fried fish and fried shrimp. Are we coming back? Yes… the place is decent for the price. and food wise. we already know what to get next…

I always see the Golden Corral commercials on TV. Granted it always looks better on TV. When we walked in and saw the selection, our jaws dropped. WOW. I mostly concentrated on the fried chicken and made to order steaks. There is a huge selection and I can only handle so much at a time. But I did see the chocolate fountain. I really wanted to dip my fried chicken into the chocolate fountain but I was too shy. I wish this Golden Corral was somehow transported into NYC, Queens preferably. If you come with people who all like different things, this would be the place to go because there is something for everyone. The price for this buffet was incredible. The host saw me staring at the price board. I told him I just couldn’t believe it was only $ 11.20 for dinner at a buffet. There is nothing like this in NYC, too bad! I would go many times over if it was in NYC at the same price.

This is my first time at a Golden Corral and it is unbelievable the amount of food they serve. We were visiting Philly and were staying on the NJ side. We never tried Golden Corral because they don’t exist in NYC. The food selection is just too numerous to sample! There is something for everyone; there is tacos, burgers, steak, spaghetti, desserts, soup, fries, Asian, etc. It is not gourmet food but it is good food and the price is unbeatable; $ 11.20 a person. My GF have two pieces of steak! Service was great too. Worth visit when in the area.

Visited this location only twice since it opened… Dinner during first month of operation. That was a like viewing a flock of Seagulls tearing up leftover Mickey D’s French fries… Loud speaking people with rude ill-mannered children running all over. average tasting cafeteria food at best. not worth my money! But…I went back for a lunch after about a year to give them another try. We arrived at 11:45am…you would think everything would be FRESH and HOT at that time. HA… HA…nope! What person would desire brown lettuce, oversized onion slices, dried up mushrooms and dressings with a «skin» top layer. YUCH. Nasty stuff I guess the manager has a sight impairment… not to see this sub-standard saladbar. Then I tried their version of «asian“style food. cold overcooked chicken pieces drowned in a so-called orange sauce, blah… luke warm taco meat, stopped right then. BADEXPIERENCE, BADQUALITYCONTROL, a soup kitchen in North Philly would be a better investment in buying a meal if your hungry. They at least care about what they serve. NEVERAGAIN !!!

Decent prices for top quality buffet food. I enjoyed my experience here very much. I loved all the food I managed to try. Alot of employee’s were very sweet with a smile. Except the lady working the ice cream and cotton candy. I don’t know what her problem is, but I did not appreciate the tone of her voice when she asked me, «whatchu want???» Best thing: cotton candy. And your allowed to walk out with it. How awesome is that?

Do you like food? Why aren’t you here yet? Let me start by stating the obvious – this place is a buffet. Accept that the service won’t be the best you’ve ever had, the food won’t be the yummiest you’ve ever bought, and the ambience won’t be the fanciest you’ve experienced. But for $ 10.49, you can’t beat this place. The(all-you-can-eat) steaks are grilled right in front of you to order, the pizza is made fresh every 10 mins, the manager brings out piping hot baked sweet potatoes regularly, and there is a FOUNTAINOFCHOCOLATE. Everything is tasty and there is a broad enough selection to satisfy just about any palette. There’s even a decent veggie selection if you’re feeling like eating salad till you drop. The wait-staff is as quick as they can be with drink refills, but you still might be waiting for a little while if the place gets busy. If you’re hungry, this place has got you covered. You may end up eating so much your tummy may be in a world of hurt afterwards – but it’s worth it.
