Used to be terrific and very responsive, last few times I’ve called them they’re busy with commercial jobs and have no time for residential customers.

Emergency Service call (Thursday at 8pm). Few quoted $ 120 per hour plus materials.
Issue: The inside thermostat. (Home Depot $ 50?)
Response: Repair falls under a flat fee of (get this!) $ 393.
Suggestion: Find a local company you have experience with and trust.

Great company, customer service is excellent, very professional staff and service people are fantastic. I had a wonderful experience dealing with this company and highly recommend them for AC needs. I will use them from this point on.
