for the very first time today-​was blown away by their customer service! Placed an order for boots for my dog stating his breed and size AFTER measuring him and immediately received an email telling me not had I ordered the wrong size but helped me pick out the correct one. So refreshing to deal with a company who actually cares about their customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

This was my first time ordering from all dog boots & I found the customer service to be excellent as well as the product. I was having trouble finding the right fit & I called & was walked through the procedure of measuring. Got the boots & they fit well. Good quality also! I will send pictures when we get to Colorado & take my dog Sushi for a hike & walking in the snow!
