Much better sitting outside. Good wine and fresh tasty fish tacos. I like the new location better. Strange that Unilocal shows it as permanently closed. What’s up with that?

Pet friendly. Lovely courtyard with outdoor seating. Organic, gluten free and vegan options. Looks like they are closing for renovation.(June 19) Don’t know when they will reopen. We had the wagu beef burger. Very delicious. I also got to taste the veggie lasagne, very tasty. Nice selection of cocktails with gluten free and organic options.

The food was absolutely, 100% fantastic. Fresh guac, amazing veggie lasagne(I hate any sort of tomato or marinara sauce but I could have done extra sauce it was so good). The chianti was good(this ginger needs his jiggle juice). The service was absolutely, 100% atrocious to put it lightly. Our server was Diane, although I think her name should have been Houdini, since she just seemed to disappear for about 20 – 30 minutes at a time. Didn’t check on us, fun times. I can’t blame it on lots of tables inside and out(which I could understand) because there weren’t any other tables in the restaurant other than a few folks at the bar(about ¾ of the tables outside were taken at the time). It really was the Debbie Downer part of the evening. I really wanted dessert, but I knew if I didn’t ask for the check(hostess/owner had to find her to get it to us), we would probably have to wait 30 minutes to be able to place a dessert order. Loved the outdoor courtyard seating and the saxophone player(although I would prefer he have a real piano player instead of using an iPad, but meh). They do have dedicated parking too, which is fantastic for the area. I will be back for sure, but I will promptly ask for a different server.

Excellent service by Angela, super attentive and made you feel relaxed! The Crab Cake appetizer was cooked to perfection and came out hot! The Vegetable Lasagna and the Moqueca were scrumptious and came out piping hot! Portions are generous. They pay special attention to those who have a gluten free and vegetarian diet which is a BIG plus! The outdoor patio is pet friendly! If you are a foodie and you prefer to bring mans best friend for a great meal you are surely going to enjoy DIG!

Great service. The waiter was exceptional View and atmosphere. Very nice. We sat outside and the weather was awesome Price. $ 75 for two with drinks Food. I had the veggie lasagna and my wife had the eggplant parm. Both were very good. We all split the baked Brie which was good. The only reason it was 4 stars instead of 5 was a kind of funky menu with vegan, vegetarian and meats. They need to pick a theme

Bison burger with a fried egg, Feta cheese is amazing. Also, the grilled chicken with feta and avocado, is out of control(Wheat bread, of course).

«Hello, I visited your business today and love the concept as something related to healthy living is greatly needed in Delray. My only concern is the products your food is being served it. There are a lot of plastics and items that aren’t biodegradable. I regularly pick up trash on our beaches and plastic straws/cups/styrofoam are some of the tops finds. Have you looked at alternatives that are more sustainable? Your supplier should have all kinds of alternatives for straws, cups and more especially since the name of your your business is «Doing It Green». I almost suggest using glass cups to encourage people to drink the product there while also reducing your costs. I look forward to being a regular at Doing It Green.

Soup was great! Bison burger was yummy. Wraps were well received by others in the group, but the flatbread was not a hit. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere.

Great vegetarian food, plus a complete selection of chicken, fish, and burgers. Dog dishes for water and scooby snacks! Decent wines. Big, open courtyard where(small) kids can run around. What’s not to like?

I’m honestly not sure why this restaurant has such a low rating. It wasn’t super amazing or anything, but it was a very solid dinner. I had the Cobb salad and my grandmother had the Caesar salad with shrimp. Both were tasty and very large. We were there on a Thursday night, which happens to be trivia night on the bar side of the restaurant. We didn’t participate, but it seemed fun. The location is good — right off Atlantic ave. I’m also not sure why this restaurant is categorized as vegetarian on here. There are vegetarian options, but it is certainly not a vegetarian restaurant.

I so wanted to like this place more. My daughter loved it and wanted me to take her there for dinner. I loved the setting, and sat outside with the water fountains and plants, it was very nice. Too bad we were the only people there. Ok, it was about 5:45 on a Sunday, but I was a little surprised. We were handed menus and my daughter thought we should have a drink. No prices next to the drinks. That really pisses me off. I like to know what I’m paying for my food. And my drinks. I had a simple beer, but my daughter had a tomato drink that came in some very tiny drink glass that ended up costing $ 11. BTW, I had to ask the server how much the drinks were, and had to run in a few times to get the price. The most ridiculous waste of time. We both ordered a dish made from rice noodles and tofu costing $ 16 each, probably the cheapest entrée on the menu. Let’s see, one light beer, one teeny tiny tomato drink, two bowls of rice noodles with a tablespoon of vegetables swimming in tasteless juices, tip and tax, $ 60 I felt ripped off. I don’t know, maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. The restaurant looked very nice. I hate to give a bad review based on one dish that was bland and tasteless. They should loose the pea shoots because they are a choking hazard. If you are looking to try something different, by all means give it a go but DIG deep into your pockets. It’s not cheap. And owner… if you’re reading and care, put the prices of drinks on your menus. It’s insulting to have to ask prices. For that alone it’s a deal breaker for me.

Congratulations to DIG for being so inept that I actually feel the need to write a Unilocal review to complain, since there was no manager available to help us. We just went to DIG for a late lunch, seeking healthy farm-to-table food. Maybe their ingredients are good quality, but I can not say the same for the wait staff. We ordered two fresh-pressed juices, two veggie burgers(one with a gluten-free bun) and one turkey burger with a side salad instead of fries; easy enough, or so we thought. One of the juices only had three ingredients: orange, pineapple and apple. They somehow managed to mess that one up by using grapefruit instead of orange, which was obvious based on the dominating grapefruit taste and pink instead of orange color of the juice. The waiter denied it being grapefruit, but re-made it and brought out the correct juice, which was much better. Not really a big deal, since he made up for the mistake and brought the correct drink. The problem started when we received our burgers. First, we ordered the turkey burger with salad instead of fries, and it came with fries and no salad. We brought this up immediately, so he kindly brought us the salad on the side. The turkey burger tasted off, so after taking a few bites and realizing it was too gamey and bland to finish, we tried to send it back. The waiter at first seemed appropriately accommodating, apologizing and offering to bring something else out, specifically stating that«if you don’t like it, you shouldn’t have to pay for it» and asking if he should bring a menu for us to order something else. We liked the side salad so asked for another instead of anything else, and that was that. He brought it out, and left the burger on the table, which we thought was strange but did not touch any more because we didn’t like it, and thought it was coming off of our bill, as he had 100% implied. Everything else we had — the juices and the veggie burgers, were nothing special. When we got our bill, the $ 13 turkey burger was still there. We brought this up to him, and he said he «wished there was something he could do about that.» So, how about get the manager? There was no manager, and«nothing he could do» but charge us for the bland, gamey burger we didn’t eat, that he told us we wouldn’t be paying for. If he really«wished there was something he could do about that», then he would have, uh, done something about that. I won’t physically describe the waiter although I do think he was awful to do what he did, and I have worked in organic/local food service in NYC over three years. What happened to the customer is always right? Thanks DIG for putting a bad taste in my mouth, being entirely disobliging, and lying to our faces. For a place that tries to be more upscale, you’d think good service would be a priority. We won’t be back.

I’ve been to DIG(at this location) probably… hmm…thinking…maybe a dozen times now? I typically go during the week during happy hour and sit on the comfy couch or chairs in the bar area. Each time, I have friendly, attentive, and personal service so I’m so surprised to read the experiences of others. Anyone can have a bad day, but I’ve yet to have really poor service here. Ok, now for the food and the reason I’m updating this review. For the fall, they have an AMAZING sweet potato and maple soup! Um, YUM! I’ve devoured it on two separate occasions now and probably should just order a bunch of it to go and freeze it or something. I love this stuff! The flatbreads on the happy hour menu are really good as is the hummus trio and the rollatini. Tonight I indulged in a cup of organic cappuccino that really capped off my evening. Oh! And they have a juice bar now too! I haven’t tried anything from the juice bar yet, but when I do, I’ll update my review. If you’re looking for a relaxing«come as you are» environment on Atlantic that is NOT crazy and full of dooshy people, check out DIG.
